Philips warranty registration was completely different from what they advertised in the box. First they offer a free brush head if I register. Then they say that program has been discontinued and I’ll get 20% off something on the website. Then, I get the discount code and it’s only for 15%. Someone at Philips has got to take the time to look at what their customer is experiencing.

Great toothbrush!
Bought this toothbrush for my boyfriend and he loves it! I have the same one in white and also love it! Works well, holds a charge for a while (at least a week or two), and is fairly compact so it’s easy to travel with. It has two different settings, one gentle and one faster than you can choose between. Overall very good quality toothbrush.

Dead in less than a year
Worked great until it didn't. Dead 1 day after I purchased a package of replacement heads ($ ouch)! This is the second Sonicare toothbrush that dead in within 2 years. The first one I had lasted 10 years. Time to change brands to Oral B.

Delighted with purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is beautiful! The toothbrush is slimmer than my previous one and fits nicely in my hand. I really like the 30 second timer going up to 2 minutes. The best feature is the "brushing too hard" signal. That is one of my issues, I brush too hard and have shredded my gums exposing the roots. This has helped me tremendously!
