Power fluctuates during use....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush doesn't keep even power duing use. It speeds up and slows inconsistantly like there is a power issue. Acts like it's dying at times.

1.5 Yr Review
I love this toothbrush so much and can tell the difference between this one and oral b for sure. My teeth feel super clean after using this and I love the modes on it. I’m so sad that I might have to buy another… after 1.5 years, my toothbrush makes a super loud noise and the brush head wiggles too much when it’s not supposed to. I change my toothbrush head out every 3 months so no it’s not that- it’s soo loud now and the metal part that holds the toothbrush is loose and there’s no way to tighten it to not be loose anymore. Other than that this was an amazing toothbrush

The Product is great for teeth & a learning tool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Protective Clean 5300 product as a first-time purchaser. I considered the higher end models & read all reviews. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. My teeth feel & look cleaner than ever before. It seems my gums are improving & definitely my daily brushing regime. I like the timer to assure you stay in place long enough. Apparently, I was not. I'm also more aware. If you get fast & 'sloppy' it's easy to touch the teeth with the back side making a loud noise to let you know.

Not worth the money!
It STOPPED working after 2 months. It won't charge and the stem that holds the brush is loose. I have taken great care of it and this is very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved sonic electric toothbrushs but this last one I have had stoped working just as the warranty ended. I find that interesting as to how the quality of your products has deminished over the years. Maybe something to consider in the future.

Treat Yourself
I wore out my other Sonicare Toothbrush, so when I was looking, I decided to upgrade to this model. It definitely did not disappoint with all the improved features.

Just what she wanted
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter (she asked for one because she lost hers somewhere while moving to another state) and she loves it.

Features and durability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth feel cleaner now even though I was using another brand power brush. I like the different functions and hope the brush head will stand up to three times a day use.

Replacement Sonicare
Haven’t used it yet. Purchased because my current Sonicare is beginning to give signs of impending failure.

Breaks around 7-8 months after purchase
I’ve now had three in a row where the toothbrush head stick part becomes loose which makes the toothbrush unusable. It happens between 7-8 months after purchasing it. Whatever they’re doing in the manufacturing process now is making them defective, it never used to do this before.

Great product. Variety of brush head designs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a sonicare for many years, currently on my third or fourth one. Each one has been better than the last. The one I now have, recently purchased, replaced one of the same design that I dropped on a tile floor and stopped working. In the process of getting the new one, I finally learned there are different brush head designs. I am now using the gum health brush head, and it does a better job of getting to the gum line at the back of my teeth. So, breaking my last Sonicare turned out to be a blessing for me.
