It leaves my mouth feeling extremely clean and helps keep my gums feeling healthy, especially after brushing and flossing. I also noticed it does a good job at keeping breath fresh throughout the day, not just for a short period. That said, the taste is definitely strong and takes some getting used to. It’s not the most pleasant flavor compared to typical minty mouthwashes, but I understand that it’s formulated more for gum health than taste. Once you get past that, the results are worth it. The only thing I didn't like is the taste, it is the generic artificial mint taste, which is not my thing at all.
