The toothbrush was nice and soft except if you have a small jaw like me, it might hurt your gum since the brush is running on the larger side. My husband on the otherside loves it, he has no issues using this toothbrush.

Usually, the first time I brush my teeth with a new toothbrush, my gums bleed and it is uncomfortable because the bristles are hard. These toothbrushes were not like that. They were so soft and felt great on my gums and teeth on the first use. The handle is perfect and and the shape of the brush allows you to access hard to reach spots in your mouth. The bristles felt great and did not cause any discomfort. Definitely recommend buying this toothbrush.

Small but appreciated detail: packaging is very easy to open (no scissors!) while preserving the placement of the remaining toothbrush so it isn't falling out of the packaging. Small but confusing detail: it says the bristles are "Ultra Slim Floss-Tip Bristles" and I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean - it didn’t feel any different from, say, the extra soft Oral-B toothbrushes. At least not different enough to claim that they are special bristles. Anyway, they are a solid everyday toothbrush and I would buy again.
