Not a non-stick pan

Got this thinking I'd be upgrading from their excellent standard non-stick. 1. You have to oil/grease everything to get things not to stick in this one. 2. Following the care instructions to a t, the coating began to flake off at the edge. 3. You'll spend most of your time rubbing off burnt residue with baking soda, being that you can't use anything more abrasive than a sponge to clean it.
