Owala 12oz Kids' Stainless Steel Straw Tumbler

Unfortunately this leaks everywhere despite being “spill proof”

Unfortunate there weren’t much options in colors.

Our toddler has been using this tumbler for less than 6 months. We recently noticed the inside of the straw had broken into pieces with some pieces already missing. When Owala customer service was notified their response was that the manipulation of the product was not covered under warranty and that a third party ensured safety measures. They also advise that this safety issue is not covered under warranty and that I have no way of just replacing the mouthpiece. They advise I purchase another tumbler out of pocket! I was already hesitant to recommend this tumbler given the straw isn’t long enough to allow access to most of the liquid in the tumbler (as noted as a concern by many already), but I now have to strongly dissuade others from even purchasing it. Given the price point you would assume the quality of the product and customer service would be on par but it is far from that.

The cup itself is cute however the cup from my original order as well as the replacement cup both had big dents in them. Initially I assumed that the box had been dropped in shipping since it was packed in a small box with my copy of Brimstone with no packing material. When the replacement cup arrived with a dent despite being wrapped up and then seeing some of the reviews I figured there must be some quality control issue. I’m not sure how it wasn’t noticed by the employee packing my order. I’m sad that the cup is no longer available to get a replacement for my replacement. 😭 Target approved the return for the second cup but the app is glitching and not providing a return shipping label despite the fact that it needs to be shipped back for a refund.

It leaks! The colors are super pretty but it is not leakproof.

Will eventually have mold! This cup is not designed to be completely taken apart and put back together which encourages the mold build up. Can be great for toddlers if you are willing to keep replacing it.

The cutest little cup! My one year old loves it!

I noticed these bottles get moldy on the lid a lot… I wash them constantly and yet still get moldy. We have other kids water bottles (hydro flask) and this doesn’t happen to them.

This is the perfect toddler cup. It’s nice and sturdy and the color combinations are so cute. I would say it would be best for a toddler a year and a half and up because the width of the cup is pretty big for them to grip.

My product arrived damaged , unfortunately i dod not have time to return it as I was traveling and only opened at my destination, what a waste of money !!

Mold under the top Straw part do you have to make sure it’s cleaned but it is very hard to get it apart. Straw doesn’t go all the way to the bottom so they think the drink is gone and it’s not

It’s cute but functionally I don’t love it for the fact the straw doesn’t touch the bottom and if my toddler is drinking is upright she thinks she doesn’t have anything left in the cup. We waste a lot of milk with this.

Love these water bottles but hate that the company does not sell replacement pieces

The owl 12 oz. stainless steel tumbler pink is a Great little cup for you little ones. I received this product for my honest review. No more spills. Easy to hold. Has a nice grip not slippery at all. My little one loves it

This cup is very cute, great insulation and leak proof but it’s so hard to drink out of! I got it for my child but I tried drinking out of it to test it before giving it to her and I was annoyed at how hard it was to take a drink! I may be returning to try something else.

I love this Owala 12 oz stainless steel tumbler! It’s the perfect size for coffee or cold drinks on the go. Keeps my drinks hot or cold for hours, and the design is sleek and easy to hold. Fits well in cup holders and is super durable. Great quality and cute colors—highly recommend!

This Owala bottle is great for younger kids. The color is very cute that even my preteen loves it. The bottle is well made and the size is good for young hands. It’s easy to clean and it dries fast. The only thing I don’t like about this bottle is that the straw is not covered and can get dirty easily.

The Owala kids’ tumbler is good option for toddlers. My kid loves the pink color scheme and the straw is easy to use. The tumbler is insulated and keeps water cold for a long time which is especially necessary for the summer. It is actually spill-resistant which is great since my toddler turns it upside down or drops it. It’s not a bulky bottle and fits in our diaper bag without taking up too much space.

Spill proof, practical, cute, very easy to clean, great colors, just an overall awesome cup. We've taken it on so many adventure already. It fits perfectly in the car seat cupholder, it's basically drop proof, and we've purchased three more to replace all other daily use cups!
