Absolutely worth it

Love this canopy/gazebo I seen the reviews before I purchased. I seen people complain it took 5 days and or 5 people not true at all it took 2 days only cuz I had other things to do counting the hours I put into it only took 3 quarters of a day and 2 people but most big projects take 2 people if 140 lb 38 year old and a her 73 year old dad can do it so can you

My Outsunny 13x 10 Gazebo

These Gazebo is very good buy. I'm glad that all the parts were in a package. It took 2 weeks for delivery and its very fast. To assemble you need at least 3 people to help. Instruction plus you tube video is very helpful. To assemble roof it take time, however, experience comes with practice. To install entire gazebo takes 10 hours of time (6 hours first day and 4 hours next day). I would like to give five stars to these Gazebo. The only wish is to have privacy curtain to be secure to the pols (curtain doesn't have any security straps). Anyway its a great gazebo. Thank you.

The shipping was fast, the gazebo looks good, I don¡¯t give 5 stars only because the roof was very difficult to assemble! We were 2 people and It took several hours.

Oh man I love this gazebo! But

We love the gazebo! It¡±s really nice looking and sturdy! Putting it together was tough! For starters make sure your perfectly leveled otherwise screws won¡¯t line up, don¡¯t try to force screws in or you¡¯ll brake the housing for screws. Ceiling grid, take a deep breathe, have 3-4 people help to line up panels and hold in place,. Also you can get video on YouTube type in : 84c-097 ( this is correct video) when you scan book QR code it¡¯s the wrong video¡. Tough building it but, it¡¯s really nice looking and sturdy¡

Nightmare instructions

Turned out beautiful with 4 people helping. The instructions were a nightmare! Even the video was wrong! Took 3 days and a lot of bad words and tension to complete. Was missing some braces but customer service was prompt to replace.

Great Product

Very good customer service with order status frequently communicated. I ordered this hardtop Gazebo from Aosom after getting the runaround and dishonestly for over 4 weeks from another known furniture provider. The product is sturdy and fully meets my expectations. It certainly takes 2-3 people to put together and a large 10ft ladder helps with the metal sheets on the roof. They are a bit tricky to install with a few instances of falling down unless fully secured. I will probably just remove the metal sheets during the winter since the gazebo is not rated for any snow weight. I have been enjoying for the last month and hope to enjoy for many years to come!

Totally agree with the adaptation of the instructions and using duct tape, in our opinion tjis is the only way of assembeling the roof. We are pleased with the gazebo now its up but find the quality of the curtains a little poor.

Extremley pleased with the Gazebo

We had been looking for a Gazebo for a long time and eventually found this company. We absolutely love the product and think it is great value. The only problem we encountered was putting the roof together that drove us mad, however with help from our son and daughter and a few choice words it went together, you need to adapt the instructions. And make sure you have at least two step ladders for this job, well worth it though. Think this company and there customer service is excellent

Beautiful pool side gazebo

So far so good! It's beautiful! It took 3 of us to put it together and we had a couple of challenges but finally got it done. We have it near the pool as a shaded area to enjoy. After three canvas gazebo s ( and fighting mold and mildew) I'm hopeful this is the right fit!

Much better than a canvas top

Bought one with a canvas top 2 years ago and after 1.5 years of the sun it didn't withstand the winds of a tropical storm. This one Looks great. Took a 4 - 5 hours to put together but got it done. And providing the shade we need here in FL.

High quality hardtop gazebo

The roof panels and gazebo frame are made from high quality coated steel and once anchored to concrete it seems very strong and secure. Basic instruction sheet but no issues until we came to fitting the roof! Following the instructions was impossible and we had to call Aosom customer services for help. Although very helpful, the only advice was to follow the instrucions given which was no help! After a break, husband decided to use duck tape and on the ground tape both panels together and with a lot of patience, pushing and up/down we eventually managed to get all panels up. Probably took us a couple of days to complete the whole gazebo. Once up, it is fantastic and our furniture looks great. Would really recommend. Unable to provide photos as size too large to download!

Over all nice gazebo for grill the money

The roof was difficult to assemble. The gazebo seems somewhat upmarket. I live in Texas and we'll see if it blows down in our wintertime 60 mph winds. Do like the appearance very much. It is very good size for back yard.

withstanding the elements

So far this gazebo has withstood high winds and rain. Fallen branches as well. Took about 3 hours to put together with 2 people doing it. But so far we feel that it was worth it.

Has held up very well

We have been very pleased with this producer. My husband and I assembled it ourselves in about 4 hours. It covers our hot tub and has stood up well against a lot of rain and wind that we have had over the last few months. Would def recommend this product it's half the price of some others we were looking at.
