Rope disintegrates after one season

I also loved these when we first started using them but the black rope is disintegrating, getting all over us when we sit on the chairs. What a disappointment.

Poor customer service

Great set for a small front porch. Comfortable seating and attractive. Added outdoor poof ottomans and a runner to complete the look. Only set back is the “10” stamped in the top of the legs. The number is the part number but is visible when assembled. Assembly was a little complicated and needed a second person. Could have been a 5 star.

Black came off using hose to spray off pollen

Bought exactly 1 yr ago, kept in covered porch. They had some pollen on them so I went to spray them off today with my garden hose using shower setting, and the black came off the rope. So now you see multi colored rope. Thank god I didn’t use a harder setting on my hose. So cheap.. So disappointing. The fact all-weather is included is so misleading and is false advertising. Don’t recommend buying, and definitely don’t use outside

High quality

I’m so happy to find it. It’s really high quality and ease of assembly. We put them at our balcony. So comfortable to sit down while reading and have a cup of coffee. It’s also a good spot when you want to take a nap and embrace sunshine!

This three piece outdoor furniture is absolutely beautiful. The Acacia wood is gorgeous. Seems to be sturdy, nicely crafted, and surprisingly comfortable! My husband put the chairs and table together, using a power screwdriver and took about two hours from start to finish-unpacking, sorting pieces, and assembly. Time will tell durability wise, but on initial impressions I'm thrilled with the looks, price, and comfort!

Added this to my patio seating. Love it. Well made. Some difficulty assembling. Must identify all pieces clearly. Quick delivery. Reasonably priced. Look forward to more use next summer.

When I ordered these for my porch I was concerned with the comfort so I only ordered one set. Shockingly sturdy and comfortable. Thought I would have to get cushions but I don't think that's going to be necessary. Great buy!!

Great quality!

I am pleasantly surprised at how much I love this set. I got it because of the good price and good reviews. We wanted something simple for our front porch and I decided to order these. We opened them tonight to assemble and I LOVE the color of the wood. This set is sturdy, well made, and I am so happy with the purchase. They look so good on our porch! It took me and my husband about a half hour to assemble and as long as you read the instructions they are simple and easy to put together with a little patience. Also, the color of the rope is black. It doesn't bother me- I like the black and it looks great, but I thought it was navy when I ordered it so just in case someone else wasn't sure I figured I'd help by letting you know it's black! The only complaint I have is that the table is wobbly after assembly, but that's easy to fix with a screw or a sander so no big deal. Highly recommend this set for something simple for a great price!
