Not happy after getting the product

I purchased the replacement screen for our gazebo that we bought from you two years ago. My husband and I decided to put it up a couple of days ago and tried to match each screen to the lettering you provided. When we got to one section, you had it marked Y1 on each side. As I looked through the screens you sent me, there was no screen that matched that labeling, and the hardware needed to line up correctly in order to zip each area together. We eventually found a way to make it work. What I was unhappy about was the big black lettering stating no refunds and no returns. My concern is that if we run into a problem on our end, I can't do anything about it because of that policy. I have one screen left to replace, but we decided not to install it since that particular panel wasn't damaged. I understand that things change, but when we have to match the lettering and numbers on the new screens with what we already have—and they don't match—then it creates problems.

We have had our gazebo for two years now and absolutely love it !! 10 by 12 is the perfect size for our deck . So happy that we went with kozyard

12 by 14 metal roof gazebo

Really nice unit. Fun to put together after going over instructions a couple times. Plastic dampers are a pain, but manageable. Get a good friend or in my case my daughter and buildups easy. Lots of up and down ladder. Put together leisurely in a few hours a Dayi am happy and wife is pleased.

Gazebo curtains

The curtains are good quality, heavy.they fit nicely & were easy to hang with the included clips. I do wish that there were windows in at least some of the panels to allow in light & to allow a view of the outside. I am otherwise very satisfied & would recommend this product.

Love it

Love it! Lots of screws, but it was worth the time. We did end up with extra screws—hopefully that was planned by the manufacturer. I have noticed that the hooks that hold up the curtains tend to come out of the track in the corners, though. I'll look into that issue later. For now, we're just enjoying the shade. It has also reduced the amount of sun exposure to our sunroom, which helps keep it cooler. This is our second one—we had a 10x10 at our old house. This time we went bigger with the 12x20. I knew what to expect when putting it together… did I mention there are lots of screws?

Satisfied customer

I was able to set most of the frame up by myself, most (myself included) will need at least a second hand for the completion of frame and majority of roof. 2-3 days in varied amount to complete. Satisfied with end product. Sturdy, appealing to the eye, and directions fairly straightforward (follow it to a T or you will be doing some backtracking/unscrewing). Bolted it to my deck and stable however im adding ratchet straps to the corners and staking to ground for extra stability to combat any extreme wind gusts. Would definitely recommend purchasing especially given the value when compared to other gazebos. Kudos Kozyard!

My+husband+and+I+resurfaced+our+deck+this+summer+from+lumber+to+TimberTech%2C+and+as+a+treat%2C+we+added+this+beautiful+Kozyard+12x10+gazebo.+My+son+and+my+daughter%27s+bf+came+over+and+built+the+gazebo+in+a+day%21%21++They+were+both+very+impressed+with+the+engineering.+They+struggled+with+the+plastic+taps+on+the+ceiling+panels+and+felt+the+company+should+pull+them+from+the+design.+Tomorrow%2C+we+must+add+the+mosquito+netting+and+curtains%2C+which+are+anchored+and+entirely+built.+

Everything arrived in great shape and in only 5 days. Installation went very smooth by myself. Like others have commented make sure to either glue or tape plastic pieces to roof panels. We're very pleased with the finished product. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great gazebo.

Ties

Everything about the curtains are great. The only thing that I can say is the tie backs are just a little long for our liking. The center ties are very loose because of the smaller pole. We are planing to redo the ties.

Very nice product - hard to assemble

I hired guys for assembly. The guys that built my deck, a gc company...it took them like 4 hours for a few guys to get it to where one side of the roof was done. Total was like 10-15 man hours to get this done.

Great Gazebo

Aesthetically pleasing indeed. Hired an experienced handyman to assemble it. The task was completed in one full day. No complaints so far and it looks great. The only thing he brought to my attention was the small dents to the legs of the structure that might have occurred during shipping.

Alexander Hardtop Gazebo

Very happy with my purchase, I ordered the gazebo on Sunday and it was in my driveway on Wednesday. The product is well packaged and arrived intact. All parts are well made and fit together nicely, my only problem was the roof panels and once I got it figured out it went together smoothly. It took me and the wife a few days to assemble but we got it done. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Kozyard again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a gazebo to buy from Kozyard. We just love having an escape from the sun and rain on our patio. Also, our cats love this gazebo.
