    Decline in quality

    I have been using these for a while and they were great. Last batch is pretty bad. They fall apart and separate into two parts, making make up removal problematic, tearing my face as well as needing to use two and waste toner and make up remover products. If you don't want to lose customers, you may want to improve the quality - I am thinking of going back to bamboo washable product for make up remover.

    These fall apart.

    These split in half for some reason, it's like maybe the glue they use or however they bond them is weaker than the conventional (non-organic) ones. I keep reading about the pesticides in cotton so trying to be cleaner but I'd honestly rather use the conventional since these are so flimsy and so much more expensive.
