A: No, they are not sterile. Sterile gauze or cotton is labeled that way. These are for cosmetic use.

What happened to these JUMBO cotton balls? They’re not even medium. They used to be great but they are half a ball from what they used to be. I bought these all the time but no more. I guess the idea is to use more so you need to buy more all the time.
