This 1 is better than

This 1 is better than the 1st one that was sent to me. The 1st one sent would not keep anything cold or hot. This 1 keeps cold for at least 10 hours. Put ice in my drink at 1 PM, still had a couple little pieces of ice in the mug at 10 AM the next day. Have not put anything in it hot yet so can't say anything about how it keeps hot things hot. But thinking the 1st one sent was not made right but, ORCA made it right. Thanks ORCA

We have ordered these tumblers

We have ordered these tumblers in the past and they were phenomenal! The ice would stay frozen all day and the tumbler never sweated. With hot drinks they would stay hot for hours and hours. This time no such luck. The two we just purchased do not compare with the ones we’ve purchased on the past. The ice melts within a couple of hours and the cups sweat. We haven’t tried hot beverages in them yet but are ultimately very disappointed in the quality of our purchase this time and are considering looking for a different brand of tumbler moving forward.

Amazing tumbler

My wife loves the design and volume of this tumbler. She uses it in place of the various Yeti tumblers that we have. I'll warn that, although they ARE dishwasher safe, I would advise against washing them in the dishwasher. It's very easy to just scrub them out quickly and let them air dry. I mention this because I've had issues in the past with another well-known cooler company's products degrading after going in the dishwasher. While I find Orca a better build quality than said well-known company, I'd still err on the side of caution and hand-wash them.
