This isn't the experience we'd expect or want your to have, and our products undergo many quality checks to ensure that each performs to our high standards. Please try these tips to see if they resolve the charging issue. First, be sure the outlet is providing power. We realize this seems obvious, but it's actually a very common explanation for why a brush won't charge -- and you might not even be aware. It's especially true for outlets built into a bathroom cabinet (like a mirrored wall cabinet). In many cases, the bathroom light switch needs to be flipped on for that outlet to work. Some bathroom outlets also have a safety device that shuts off power in certain situations, and the reset button may need to be pressed to resume power. To confirm the outlet is working properly, try testing it with another electrical appliance or try plugging your brush charger into another outlet in the home to see if the brush will charge. Also, an Oral-B toothbrush should not be charged on or near a metal surface which can interfere with the charging process. Be sure to follow the usage instructions that came with your brush for detailed charging information.
