Can't live without it

This is an essential on my daily water intake. I was able to eliminate energy drinks. I put 2 scoops in my water bottle and drink it through out the day. Helps me all day

Keep’s me pushing through

You definitely feel the boost! I drink this at the start and during my workouts, it definitely gives me the extra kick I need to push through whatever I’m doing. Chest day, leg day, Hitt, it doesn’t matter!

I love this

I love drinking this in the morning in replace of my morning coffee. Doesn't give me the jitters or prickly skin like some do. Watermelon and Blueberry Lemonade are great. Strawberry tastes very artificial

I would buy again

Accidentally ordered watermelon but was surprised on how much I liked the flavor. My only hope is you would add more flavors from the 30 serving amino energy to the 65 servings amino energy.

A must have!!

I never go without my Essential Amino Energy before a workout! It energizes me and helps me to push my hardest. The flavors I've tried so far are excellent...a nice treat.

This Stuff is Great

I don't use this as a workout tool but as a replacement for coffee. Add it to a bit of water and it hydrates and gives energy. Take is great too!

Amazing product

I started taking this because I had to get through back-to-back cross country and swim practices several days a week. The energy boost was amazing and surprised me when I got through 5 miles of hills without a problem. (I use 2 scoops in 10 ounces about 30 minutes before an activity).

Great Taste, Sustainable Energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a fan of these kinds of supplements; usually they taste horrible. I have to say, I was very skeptical of the watermelon flavor, but while it is incredibly sweet, it tastes much like a watermelon Jolly Rancher, which is not a bad thing. I got a little boost from drinking Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy Watermelon, and I didn't crash afterwards. All good things. This isn't a product I'd buy or consume regularly, but when I'm in the height of training, I would definitely consider this product over others.

Good, Clean Energy

Good energy that doesn't make you feel insane like some other similar supplements. 10/10 would recommend to any athlete or anyone looking for that extra edge. Next level stuff

I normally drink it as an afternoon drink since I take a preworkout before working out and protein after. So this is my recovery drink that helps satisfy any soda or sweet craving i might get during the day. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable!
