The taste overall isn’t too horrible (it’s not amazing obviously, it’s preworkout), but the caffeine doesn’t kick in for a hot second. When it does, the feeling is either way too overwhelming (feels like you’re gonna have a heart attack) or underwhelming (barely any effect).

Two scoops (scoop size is 7.5cc) in a 10-12 oz cup of cold water. Stir until thoroughly dissolved which takes about 30 seconds of stirring. One thing I’ll call out that I like the most is that this has no aspartame in it. There are only 5 calories per serving. Each serving provides 100 mg of caffeine along with 5 grams of amino acids for good muscle support. There are about 30 servings in a container so it will last about a month. The main thing is to ensure you drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day when using this. This gave me about the same energy as two cups of coffee. So it wasn’t too much energy but was just the right amount needed to function without feeling any afternoon drag. Overall a good natural energy that tastes great! Thank you!
