I find that it’s a tasty and nice way to get a boost without having to worry about feeling too anxious or like I can’t go to sleep that night. I also don’t experience a crash afterward which is great. Plus a little goes a long way, I usually use half a scoop to dilute the flavor and it does what it needs to do. It’s also great to have extra vitamins like Vitamin D and Magnesium to give some extra side benefits! For the price and benefits I’d recommend.

Sweet but decent flavor, Contains Sucralose
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a big caffeine person, but my husband likes it for workouts so I was hoping he might appreciate this. He hasn’t been in a workout routine lately so it hasn’t gotten much use. I did mix one half-serving batch for myself. It is very sweet at the 5-6oz water per scoop ratio, aside from the sweetness the flavor is good and dissolves nicely . Looking through the ingredients it does not contain aspartame which is good, however it does include Sucralose which my body doesn’t handle well. I wish it used natural sweeteners, though I recognize those are not as widely accepted by consumer bases. I did like the length of the scoop handle, it is longer than the bottle is wide, so it can be easily retrieved as it doesn’t sink fully into the product.
