The 7 Series uses a standard D-ring style cuff. Both work well, but the 10 Series cuff is designed to make setup easier and more consistent. A: The Omron 10 uses the Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff. It also has the TruRead Tech, which takes three readings automatically and averages the result. Omron's website has a great chart that compares all models.

The BP7465 replaced the older BP7450 and includes updated AFib screening features, expanded memory, and enhanced app connectivity, so this is considered an upgrade. A: The Omron 10 Series uses the Wide Range D-Ring cuff that fits 9 to 17 inches. It does not support a Small Adult cuff as an accessory, and none of the dual-display models are designed to work with a Small Adult cuff because they can only use the approved wide-range cuff listed in the manual . A: Thank you for catching that. The OMRON 10 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor comes with the Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff, model HEM-FL31, which fits standard to large adult arms (9"–17" in circumference). Some product images may show the HEM-RML31 cuff, but that is a different size and not the one included with this model.
