Excessive balling and shedding, fills my vacuum to the brim with fibers, stretching so the lines are no longer straight. Awful purchase. I communicated my concerns within the 30 day window and Target reverted to the “purchase date” verses delivery date and would not refund or offer store credit due to it being a 3rd party purchase. Am in a credit card dispute per their recommendation. Buyer beware

Wheat color is orange
The quality of this rug is great, but the "Wheat" color is far more orange than the online picture shows. In addition, the delivery of this rug is a nightmare. The first time I ordered it, the completely wrong rug was delivered which was an unbelievable hassle to return. The second time, the correct rug was delivered but the box was nearly shredded - thank god the rug was not damaged. I'm not sure what's going on with their delivery partner but both times have been the WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Ultimately I'm returning this for another color as the online color doesn't match the actual color.

Honestly I’ve been extremely picky with trying to find a decent rug on a budget, and I thought about this purchase for a longgggg time. Overall, it has a little shed but it’s quite beautiful in person. It has a satin-velvety finish to the wool that makes it look more expensive. I purchased the truffle brown color, and it is more deep plum (which is why I bought it), and it accents my room perfectly. 10/10 for the price, just wish I had ordered a larger size! Definitely get a rug pad if you have wood floors.

Loving truffle brown
Beautiful soft rug. Obsessed with the brown color. Shedding is a bit much but I hear it’s typical for wool rugs and will deplete over time. It’s worth it knowing you have a nontoxic natural material rug. Photos depict 10x14 truffle brown shade in daylight vs indoor light. Wait for a sale because it’s regularly being discounted on most sites.

When I say that I’m obsessed, I am obsessed! I’ve been looking at this rug for a while but I wasn’t sure it would look ok with my grey floors and the reviews saying it sheds a lot scared me. But I decided on a whim to get it because I was tired of trying so many rugs. I wanted to bring warmth to the space and this beautiful rug did just that! I opened and immediately felt right. I’ve bought and returned an embarrassing number of rugs because they were not right but this one felt literally like a ray of sunshine. It gives me a nostalgic mid century feeling and it brings me so much joy. It would benefit from a rug pad and definitely will shed but it’s nothing that I can’t live with. I bought the 6 ft round in the color wheat.

Terrible Customer Experience
This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering something. I ordered two large area rugs, target and rugsUSA shipped me 3 small incorrect rugs. I spoke to their customer service team who told me to take it to Target (also says that is an option in the return section of the page) where they turned me away. I took it to a UPS store where I had to pay to print the label, now they won’t refund me until rugsUSA gets the rugs back and they won’t replace the order because the rugs are sold out. I’d give this zero stars if possible.

Stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. The foot feel is the closest thing to luxury you can get for this price. I have expensive pottery barn and west elm rugs that are much worse quality than this for far more. Has a viscose look and feel. Nice and thick under foot. Have not had an issue with shedding at all, however we’ve only used it in low traffic setting under our bed. Did add a thin gripper rug pad which helped add that extra plush feel. Want another for our play room! We went with the color fawn.

This rug is nice quality and very soft. I wanted to love it but the color is not the same as the online pictures. Much more golden. It also was dirty upon arrival. I will return this one. I did order another color which I will review.
