Cannot charge

Came in mail for my son's Christmas present. For the first time went to use the charger feature. There is no USBC connection. Spent full price for it to lack charging capability. Completely disappointed for not catching this sooner.

Works great. Purchased Nintendo Switch 2 in-store several days after the June 2025 release date. Easy set up and Mario Kart download. Set up took about 30 minutes from unpacking to gameplay.

Honestly not much bigger than original grip. I like that it charges and has GL/GR buttons. Also, the color is clear grey compared to original matte black.
