  • A: The sheet pan is enamel. We recommend lining the sheet pan with aluminum foil/parchment paper or lightly coating with recommended oils for easy clean up after cooking. Soak the sheet pan in warm, soapy water overnight for stuck-on grease.

    Learning Curve But I Love It!

    It's not like my old Ninja Foodie, but I like the size and that I can replace my toaster oven too. It's a learning curve to see how to get the crispiness that I got in the old Foodie, but it cleans a lot easier. I got smart this time and purchased extra crumb tray & air frying rack. I need to get more extra items so that I don't have clean everything when I make 2 meals. The key is to keep a pan at the bottom to catch your drippings. I also like that I no longer need liners like with the Foodie. I LOVE the fact that I can cook protein and veggies at the same time (though the veggies need more time & higher temperature.

    Buyer beware

    I bought this air fryer/ oven 09/2024 and it has stopped working 12/2025. The warranty is expired so I will have to replace it. When it was working it was very loud and needed to be at max temp to cook most things to a crisp and also took a lot longer than expected. I do not recommend this product. I am replacing it with the Breville brand.

    Terrible item

    The air fryer is super loud. The concept of the heating elements on the bottom is a terrible idea. Anything gets dropped on them and the next thing you cook tastes like whatever just burned off there. There is no real way to clean anything. It takes much long to cook and has difficulty Crisping anything. Very disappointed in this purchase.

    Love it!

    I bought this for my son. He absolutely loves it! He loves the fact that he can use this instead of heating up his entire house with the oven. He has made several meals and is completely satisfied with the results.

    I’ve had the Ninja - Ninja® Foodi™ 10-in-1 XL Pro Countertop Oven - Stainless Steel for over 5 years now and I’ve absolutely love it. It’s now for the first time giving me warnings so debating if I should call or just get a new one but it’s been utilized almost everyday since it’s been bought with no issues.

    Never Delivered and Target refused to take any responibiltiy

    Target’s Delivery Service delivered the item somewhere else and Target refused to help at all. I sent them all the photos and proofs that item was not at my house, Pictures clearly shows that delivery person did not deliver it to my house. Still Target refused to help at all.

    I use it several times a day.

    Most used appliance in my kitchen. I haven't used my full sized oven since I got this workhorse. It's sleek design looks nice on my countertop. It truly cooks any food I'd make using a traditional oven. Saves on my electric bill. Doesn't heat up the kitchen in the hot Texas summer's. I've had other brands before and Ninja is Superior.

    Nice little oven, hard to clean

    I bought this a while back ago. Pros: doesn't take up too much space. Great for smaller portion meals, no need to heat up a full size oven for small batches. Fast pre-heat. CONS: Very hard to clean. After some grease build up, took a lot of scrubbing to get clean. Some fan rattling noise. Definitely needs tray on rack to make sure crumbs or grease do not fall on bottom heating element.

    The Best Air Fryer on the Market.

    I Love this NINJA Air fryer , Can Cook 2 items at once. Great for Toasting and Baking also. The 1 item everyone should have in there Kitchen. NINJA is an Awesome Company. But I would Not use X cover for the extended warranty.

    You have a 50/50 chance Ninja products will work.

    I have 4 ninja products and 2 of the 4 have been faulty and hazardous. 1 barely used and started smoking, now this one I’ve had for less than 2 months and the fan is breaking. Again, lightly used but even during the toast function the fan comes on, rattles, sounds loose and loud like an airplane. My guests asked me what the noise was …. embarrassing. WAY too much $$$ for the quality and hassle of their products.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re having any cravings or planning to make anything big for family the Ninja Prestige Smart XL is just for you, while it may sound a bit loud, it is perfect for any occasion, pizza, cheese sticks, cookies, it even has a dehydrator!! Can’t wait to try that out, also the temperature can reach up to 450 degrees just like a typical oven!! This is like an air fryer but with an XL capacity, and WAY better. Fits perfectly in any medium sized kitchen :)
