Did not last long!
This machine was used often in the summer but not excessively and ours broke after 1 year. Reading reviews online there are many others with a similar experience.

Haven’t used this item yet but wanted to report on how I received it. The package was clearly mishandled in the process of being delivered to me. It’s not damaged enough to wear I think I need to return it but not happy with the dents and scratches on the appliance itself. I will be reporting to UPS as well.

don't waste your money if you already own a blender
It's super loud sounds like a helicopter taking off. Super big and clunky. Overly complicated, I wanted to make a milk shake and filled half the basin. But you can't click half and choose milk shake you have to choose full .. dumb. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. This machine doesn't chill or freeze anything. It only blends stuff together. Waste of money. Will be returning

Game changer!
This Ninja CREAMi is an absolute game changer for me. I use to spend anywhere from $60-85 per week door dashing or Uber eating ice cream from my local DQ. You can imagine the exorbitant cost adding up. Late one night I saw an infomercial for this ice cream maker and knew it was a sign to change my life around. After about 3 weeks of owning it I've already got my money's worth. I recommend this to any fellow ice cream lover!

Do not Opt for Shipping
Terrible delivery. The outer box was obviously damaged and the person who packaged it tried to fix it by adding target branded tape. It definitely didn’t work! The box showed up on my doorstep falling apart and very damaged. I expect better.

Not worth the price tag.
Would not even work. Spun for about 10 seconds and quit. I tried everything. Letting the ice cream sit out for 15 plus minutes, ran some warm water over the container (yes I dried it off after), took blade out put blade back in, made sure everything was put together and secure. The screen won’t light up all options to use if it’s not put together correctly. Each time the machine would start and spin for 10 seconds tops. Returned. It is not special enough for that kind of hassle just to try to figure out how to make it work.

Terrible shipping
This is not about the actual product, but Target’s shipping methods. No cardboard box, just the box it sits in on the shelf. Box was completely wet, and pretty much opened. They taped over ripped parts of the box. Very disappointed in the shipping method used for this expensive product.

Dissatisfied with shipping, not the product
I ordered 4 of these Ninja Creamis. I am happy with the produce but not the shipping. Two came in shipping boxes, and they are great. Two came shipped just in the product box and both of those have a torn box and does not look appropriate to give as a gift. I was disappointed that they were not all four in shipping boxes to protect the product.
