Ninja CREAMi XL Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker Denim

We've used this a lot since opening it on Christmas day. What an incredible product. So far we've made regular ice cream, lactose free ice cream and sorbet and it's done a wonderful job at all of them. I've personally made 3 batches of regular ice cream and they've all turned out great. I also got the machine on a screaming good deal but even at regular price I feel it would be worth it. The pints are actually really big and make a lot of ice cream. Enough for many servings. I'm excited to try frozen yogurt next If I had one complaint it's the noise, this this is loud, like vacuum cleaner loud. No late night treat making if you have young ones or neighbours.

Just got it and tryed 2 times. Made strawberry ice cream. My God, the machine is fantastic. Ice cream like in store. Just love it! I wanted to get a Pacojet but this Ninja is similar, just 6000 dollar less!!

This shipped and was delivered in 7 hours. How in the world is it acceptable for it to have arrived to me in this condition???

When I opened it, it was already used with cinnamon powder in the blender fully used and it had storage containers missing.

Giving a low rating because Targets return and delivery was horrible. I should have returned it in the store instead of using their website like they suggested. This item came all banged up twice with a ripped and torn box.

Seemed like a great deal but I only received a ninja creami not including the waffle maker. I’ve been trying to call and get a refund or get the waffle maker but it’s difficult getting someone on the phone and not worth the hassle.

do better target

It's super loud sounds like a helicopter taking off. Super big and clunky. Overly complicated, I wanted to make a milk shake and filled half the basin. But you can't click half and choose milk shake you have to choose full .. dumb. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. This machine doesn't chill or freeze anything. It only blends stuff together. Waste of money. Will be returning

Box arrived extremely damaged

This review is a complaint towards target (not the item) Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife, they sent me a smashed up and completely opened box (and only shipped it in the manufactures box not a target box) it looked like it came from Goodwill. it was raining and snowing when delivered so the box and the actual machine was completely soaked. I called customer service multiple times and they couldn't have cared less about the situation. All they did was use their famous words "I apologize for your frustration, i can send you a return shipping label" the first agent that I spoke to told me that they'll refund me without needing to return if they see proof of the damage, and for me to send pictures (so I did) just for them to come back and tell me to ship the item back for a refund! Why would you ask me for photos and waste my time if It was going to be the same situation? They have no consideration and it's like speaking with robots, they all use the same words and pretend like they want to help but offer nothing. This was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my wife, but because it came in the manufacturer box, that idea is gone and I'm no longer keeping the item. My job is to buy the item, not to call customer service 3 times, or drive to target, wait in line, and wait for my refund to hit my account in 10 days. Oh I forgot... they offered me a $5 gift card for a destroyed $180 item and for a ruined surprise. Thanks a lot target, you guys never disappoint! Also thanks for the Black Friday "swag bag" can't lie, I really enjoyed waiting in the cold for a pack of Uno cards and a dollar store makeup. The photos I attached is the exact way I received it

Not sure where some of these reviews are coming from. I bought the Creami Deluxe a little over a month ago and it has been absolutely amazing. My favorite ice cream to make was strawberry, but now it’s something I call “Very Berry,” which has strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. It comes out amazing with the recipe for strawberry ice cream included slightly tweaked. I’ve also been able to make Pineapple sorbet (more like Italian ice because I used lower sugar), vanilla, mango ice cream, and will be making chocolate soon. People have tried the ice cream and it is so creamy that it reminds them of an Italian gelato or sorbet. The machine is easy to use and clean. While it does need to be unplugged after use or you can’t turn it on after a period of time, it specifically says in the manual to unplug it after each use so not a big deal. Overall, have been eating homemade ice cream at least a few times a week and loving it!

I brought this deluxe ice cream maker for my birthday, and some spare tubs for keeping the different types separate. I have found that I have saved more on Ice Cream and Slushies than the machine has cost me in just 3 months, and it will be a profitable investment before Summer with the ingredients paying for themselves after Spring is done. I got this mainly because my wife loves Ice Cream, and I love having Ice Creams that are healthier than store brought. I get to make deluxe sorbets such as fresh pineapple, or coconut cream and ripe bananas, even trying decadent saffron and apricot sorbet is cheap. Rum and raisins is really easy, and very easy to make strong enough to be chilled all night !

I bought this in order to make dairy-free ice cream. I was not really hopeful that it was going to be great but boy was I wrong. It is so smooth and creamy and tastes just like dairy ice cream.

I love this product, have tried so many different flavors.

This is one of the best buys I've ever made! I love ice cream, however don't like the caloric value of it. So, now I can make my own creamy deliciousness!!!!

So far, I love my Ninja Creami. I've had it for about 6 months now. During the hot summer months, I loved being able to come home and have ice cream or a slushi. My only complaint, so far, and this is probably something I'm doing wrong is that sometimes, when making slushis, the add in liquid seems to overflow the container and leak out some.

I have to unplug and replug the cord in every time I use it. Other than that, it works great

This Ninja system is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love it so much. Soooo easy and does such a great job.
