If you are under 18 years of age, ask a doctor before use. No studies have been done to show if this product will work for you. Before using this product, read the enclosed User's Guide for complete directions and other important information. Begin using the lozenge on your quit day. If you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use 4 mg nicotine lozenge. If you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use 2 mg nicotine lozenge according to the following 12 week schedule: Week 1 to 6: 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours; Weeks 7 to 9: 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours; Weeks 10 to 12: 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. Nicotine lozenge is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results. Place the lozenge in your mouth and allow the lozenge to slowly dissolve. Minimize swallowing. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. You may feel a warm or tingling sensation. Occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before using or while the lozenge is in your mouth. To improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 lozenges per day for the first 6 weeks. Do not use more than one lozenge at a time or continuously use one lozenge after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects. Do not use more than 5 lozenges in 6 hours. Do not use more than 20 lozenges per day. It is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the lozenge for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider. Opening Directions: Squeeze child resistant tabs on each side. Flip up the top of vial. Turn upside down and shake to remove lozenge.Other information

He was smoking so much more and getting far far more nicotine, not to mention (but I am) the health risks to his lungs. Tastes great to him, gives peace of mind to me and a quality product. The flavor is a lot better than I expected kind of like a strong mint at first, then it mellows out. I like that it gives me something to do when a craving hits, and it actually takes the edge off pretty quickly. I used it first to delay a cigarette and helped me cut down. For me they are a great tool for staying on track, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for extra support to quit

It tastes like a smooth mint and is dispersed into you blood stream through the lining of your mouth effectively over 30 minutes or so. I would say this 81 count is extremely good value for money however I would recommend speaking to a doctor before use and creating a plan to quit nic that works for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Nicorette 2 mg Mini Lozenges to cut down on smoking, and they’ve been surprisingly effective. Each small lozenge dissolves pretty quickly and really helps control cravings, especially in stressful moments or when I can’t smoke. The compact blue container is very handy it fits easily in a pocket or purse, and it’s easy to pop one out when needed. The peppermint flavor is strong and cooling, maybe even too intense for some people at first, but it definitely leaves a clean, fresh taste. The 2 mg strength works well if you’re not a heavy smoker, but those who smoke their first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up might need the 4 mg version. Also it might be a little pricey compared to gums and patches but it is working.

Garbage Generics at premium price
Seriously, do not be duped into buying these. The manufacturers were switched when Haleon took over GSK.(whatever the switch was) regardless it’s bad & they do not care about their customers. They are having these made with an Indian manufacturer that manufacturers every single generic lozenge which is exactly why you are receiving generic nicotine lozenges, but paying the premium price for the Nicorette brand. It’s absolute trash. They don’t care how many people have spent their money on the premium product because it’s not their biggest seller since people started vaping as well. So instead of just raising the price a few dollars and keeping the same high-quality , they kept the price the same and give you the absolute lowest quality nicotine lozenges ever. Seriously do not be fooled into buying this garbage. There is a reason why people are getting headaches from this product. It has sucralose added into the formula, which is what the generic products have. This addition is why people are getting migraines after using this product. Do not believe the reviews that come from Influenster either . The majority of the time people get those products and they do not even use them. Or they don’t care and assume that a positive review will get them more products instead of being honest.

I don’t like that spicy nicotine flavor to be super strong these were manageable. And they def helped with cravings. I like the sleek packaging easy to throw in my purse so I have it when I need it! They don’t even cost a lot but whatever they have in them is worth the small price: they cheap but have ingredients like they’re expensive. Taste minty which surprised me because I expected them to taste like nothing. Not in a resealable box so put them up away form children.

Some would say it’s an acquired taste but I don’t think it would be too bad. They are also very portable so it makes keeping it with you at all times very easy.
