Before using this product, read the enclosed user's guide for complete directions and other important information. begin using the lozenge on your quit day. If you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use 4 mg nicotine lozenge. If you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use 2 mg nicotine lozenge according to the following 12 week schedule: Week 1 to 6: 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours; Weeks 7 to 9: 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours; Weeks 10 to 12: 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. Nicotine lozenge is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results. Place the lozenge in your mouth and aliow the lozenge to slowly dissolve. Minimize swallowing. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. You may feel a warm or tingling sensation. Occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before using or while the lozenge is in your mouth. To improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 lozenges per day for the first 6 weeks. Do not use more than one lozenge at a time or continuously use one lozenge after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects. Do not use more than 5 lozenges in 6 hours. Do not use more than 20 lozenges per day. It is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the lozenge for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider. To increase your success in quitting: 1. You must be motivated to quit. 2. Use enough - use at least 9 nicorette mini lozenges per day during The first six weeks. 3. Use long enough - use nicorette mini lozenges for the full 12 weeks. 3. The 2 mg strength is just right if you’re not a heavy smoker or if you’ve already started reducing your nicotine intake. The mint flavor is refreshing and makes the experience more pleasant than gum or patches. Garbage Generics at premium price
Seriously, do not be duped into buying these. The manufacturers were switched when Haleon took over GSK.(whatever the switch was) regardless it’s bad & they do not care about their customers. They are having these made with an Indian manufacturer that manufacturers every single generic lozenge which is exactly why you are receiving generic nicotine lozenges, but paying the premium price for the Nicorette brand. It’s absolute trash. They don’t care how many people have spent their money on the premium product because it’s not their biggest seller since people started vaping as well. So instead of just raising the price a few dollars and keeping the same high-quality , they kept the price the same and give you the absolute lowest quality nicotine lozenges ever. Seriously do not be fooled into buying this garbage. There is a reason why people are getting headaches from this product. It has sucralose added into the formula, which is what the generic products have. This addition is why people are getting migraines after using this product. Do not believe the reviews that come from Influenster either . The majority of the time people get those products and they do not even use them. Or they don’t care and assume that a positive review will get them more products instead of being honest.

The peppermint taste is refreshing, and the lozenge started helping with cravings within a few minutes. It’s easy to use and very convenient to carry around. The only downside is that the relief doesn’t last all day, so you might need another lozenge later, but overall I’d definitely buy it again!

The pill dissolves after a while and it isn’t too big a pill, where it’s uncomfortable, and the flavour isn’t too strong. Peppermint is always hit or miss for me and this one is so strong that it ruins it for me. Overall I also don’t love having the lozenge in my mouth for very long. The package was cute, portable, and easy to use. I may or may not recommend but will not be using myself.
