Best multivitamin for women 55+
I am a 70 yr old woman and take Womens multi for 55+, Bone strength, Wholemega fish oil and Zyflamend. At this point, I have been using New Chapter vitamins and supplents for 5+ years. I have arthritis in my feet and Zyflamend most definitely helps me deal with it. I walk 3+ miles a day and am still working full time. In my experience, it takes at least 2 months to get these vitamins and supplements into your system once you begin taking them. I also recommend getting regular visits to a good acupuncturist and meditating 30 minutes per day. Working for me so far!
