Sadly 3 months later brother broken
I have 2 issues. 1. Having to send the milk frother back for repair. At least they are paying the postage. 2. Aside from buying Nespresso pods hard to find pods for original machine. I would have bought a different machine if I had known this issue.

I really like the coffee
I’ve had a Nespresso coffee machine for years and my old one was leaking so I thought time to get a new one but ……it also leaks but not to the point of old one. I guess this is part of the design??

Coffee not hot enough
I both this machine a month ago and LOVE everything about it other than the fact that by the time I prepare the coffee/milk the latte isn't hot enough.

Here are a few tips you can try: - Use a cup that matches the size of your preparation. A larger cup will cool the mixture faster. - Clean the extraction chamber frequently (once a week). Cleaning takes about 5 minutes, and you can find the instructions in your user manual. - If you drink your coffee with milk, ensure it is warm or hot so that the coffee's temperature doesn’t drop when added. Great Deal!
I bought this machine online after my Innisia finally bit the dust after many years. I am pleased with the sleek look on my counter and the size of the water tank. Buying it on sale made it all the sweeter.

Awesome and really nice looking on my kitchen counter
I really love the style of this machine and works perfectly!! The “buzzing” sound people mentioned on those reviews is basically just the start and i can barely hear it. It takes like 20 sec to make a coffee anyway.

Excellent compact well built and designed machine. Pleasantly surprised the housing and handle are metal. Pulls a delicious espresso shot or lungo. I paired this gorgeous chrome CitiZ with the equally gorgeous Aeroccino 4 and could not be happier.

A real treat
This little machine makes the best coffee I've ever had, and drinking coffee no longer gives me heartburn. Each cup is such a treat!. It also offers versatility, having several different settings.

buzzing noise
I love the machine but don't love the ongoing buzzing sound that it makes when it is plugged in (and off). I called Nespresso and was told to exchange it. The new one also buzzes. I would return it again but they won't let you plug it in in the store to check first to see if it buzzes.

Fast and easy
This product is good, makes great coffee and good coffee selections, only downfall is coffee temperature, coffee is warm not hot so if you like macchiato you need to warm your milk or your coffee will be cold.

Compact and easy to use
It is my second machine, I had before big and complicated machine, and owned for more then 10Years it was good quality, so changed for smaller and lighter and easier to use. Very happy.
