Q: I can’t figure out how to adjust speed or how to change programs - walking, jogging, etc.

Great Product!

I have had this a week and so far I love it! It took some time to figure out all the settings and the remote and one of the corners of the display has peeled up but overall like it! I does make you itch a little due to blood circulation on the higher vibration.
