Narwal Freo Z10 Robot Vacuum and Mop

Great Robot!! Picks up all the Dog hair. Mops well!

I got this to replace our old Roomba and so far it's just been really disappointing. It gets snagged on things throughout our house constantly so most of my time is spent fixing it and it's a worse vacuum than the Roomba. I guess the mopping is nice? But it's hard to tell so far? I dunno, I expected better from the price. The app is also really unpolished feeling and it feels like it's not made by native English speakers from a UI/UX perspective. Everything feels a little subpar so far for the price. I've been surprised. But not in a good way. It's only been a week and maybe it'll get better but so far it just leaves big gaps of uncleaned areas on the floor and I don't see how they can overhaul the app anytime soon. Dunno.

The Narwal Freo Z10 cleans my floors very well. I set the schedule for it to clean my floors overnight and I absolutely love coming down to clean floors. The only one thing is I wish that the detergent was a bit stronger and had a scent. It’s like cleaning the floors with water.

I have had this robot for about a month and I am really happy with it. It is so nice to not have to think about vacuuming or mopping my floors. To be fair it likes to eat some of our cat toys but they are easy to retrieve from the robot and restart its task. Overall it's a wonderful addition to our house

I returned because it’s always eating a cord, bed skirts , tree skirts. And it’s only good for tile or wood . Not carpet. And mapping is sport

This is my first vacuum and mop combo and I couldn't be happier. It holds a charge for almost my entire house. It is very quiet when it is cleaning my floors.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this robot, and my main priority was finding one that excelled at mopping—something I rarely have time to do. Cost was also a factor, so I waited for a Black Friday sale. I truly couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It does an excellent job vacuuming, even picking up small pieces of scattered cat litter, and it mops the kitchen very well. I don’t use the Freo Sense setting; instead, I prefer to manually decide how much time and effort the robot puts into each room. My only issue was with the mapping process. We have an open floor plan where the tile kitchen, which gets dirty frequently, connects directly to a living room with vinyl plank flooring. Because there’s also an open hallway, the app didn’t automatically separate these spaces, and I wasn’t able to divide them initially. I ultimately remapped the entire house and created my own divider around the living room so the robot would recognize it correctly. Overall, this robot has been a huge help. I work full time, have kids and pets, and our house is always busy. Vacuuming and mopping don’t always happen, but this makes it much easier to stay on top of things. I wouldn’t say it’s completely “set it and forget it”—I still do a quick check of each room before starting it—but I really appreciate being able to do other things while it takes care of these household chores.

Does a great job getting out of tight spaces. So much better than my iRobot.

Best robot I have had. Very accurate in its movements and actually cleans.

First impressions. Bought the z10 Freo 2 weeks ago. Looked at a lot of reviews. Most were sponsored. The z10 came in in the top 5 pretty consistently. My impression so far is 2 thumbs up. It has been pretty amazing. My wife is a clean freak and she had to admit it did a great job. We have a 2300 sqft single story home. All hardwood floor with bathroom tile and a few rugs. The mapping was pretty cool. It did it in less than an hour. The first run it took about 5 hours. Not its fault in-fact it was because it had to go over areas which were pretty dirty. We had just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we have had contractors in and out of the house. We had to empty the dirty water bin twice. It had to go recharge before completing the job but did it. I imagine it needed a good rest after that. LOL. Watching this robot is pretty amazing with the intelligence it has. It got tangled up one but it wasn’t its fault. The movers set up my sleep number bed and left all the wire dangling on the floor. It was a trap nothing could have gotten thru. The next time it went out it was flawless. The 3rd time was great also and kind of funny. we had a contractor working and he had set down his square on the floor and he went out to his truck. He came back and it was gone. The Narwal had grab it and took off with it A couple of things they don’t tell you in the instructions. This size house which is not huge you will have to change the dirty water and put clean water in. The unit senses how much dirt it picks up and it will return to the base unit frequently if the floors are dirty. Clean out the dirty water bin folks when you empty it. Also at the end of it cycle. Empty what ever dirty water you have and fill the clean water. So it’s ready to go again. When doing the set up make sure you set your time zone. Mine started an hour early cause it was in the wrong time zone. If you want the z10 to do a good job. Pick up after yourself before it starts I have ordered the hard wood floor maintainer to add to the base unit. So stay tuned. So 5 stars so far. And yes I would highly recommend it

I like the vacuum feature of the Freo. It does a great job of keeping my LVP flooring clean. But, I like the mopping feature even better. I used to mop my floors with a Swiffer every week. So I was really surprised at how dirty the water was after the Freo mopped my floor. Speaking of that, be prepared to replace clean water and empty the dirty water. I felt like the waterboy at a Super Bowl game. I decided to buy the Water Exchange Module. That was a game changer for me. Now I have a schedule set and each room gets mopped once a week and vacuumed twice a week. I mop the kitchen three times a week because I am messy.

I was doing a lot of research on a good vacuuming and mopping robot and I came across this Freo Z10. This will do everything you need and more! It’s good quality, easy to set up, has an intuitive app, and to be honest it’s satisfying to see the dirty water tank fill up because that’s how you know it’s doing its job haha. Like any other robot vacuum, it can take awhile to completely clean your house so I would suggest running it at night. Especially if it senses a particularly dirty area, it will go back and clean it again. The cool part is the app is very customizable so you can set how loud you want the mop pad drying to be for example. Seeing the path the robot takes on the app is really satisfying. It gets the edges of my house pretty well too! Some things to keep in mind is that charging it will take awhile which is another reason why I would suggest running it at night as to not disrupt your day if the robot needs to go back and charge and resumes after a couple hours. The instructions mention to hide wires and rid of small items from the ground so make sure to do this! My robot has had its run in with some wires and even one of my little cat toys that was a plastic spring (nothing tangled or broke the robot which is quite impressive especially with the plastic spring). Lastly, the first time my robot mopped my house it required me to empty out the dirty water and replace it while it was about halfway done with cleaning, so keep in mind although the vacuum can be left unattended for a few months that the mop water will require a bit more maintenance. Overall I would highly recommend this robot!

I love it. I love it. I love it. It was easy to figure out...but a slight learning curve. I absolutely love that I can be working and if I get the urge, I can just click a button and I come home to clean floors! I bought the accessory package and it was a GREAT decision. I always have pristine pads on the machine...I wash one set and put the clean ones on.

Works great, I have no complaints , getting another for my garage !

We are obsessed with this robot. I’m not even ashamed to admit that our floors have never been this clean. If there’s an area that he senses needs more attention he’ll go back and do it again. The first time we ran him he mopped the same room 8 times! That’s dedication. Even if he does get stuck on something (which rarely happens) the mop pads are magnetic so you never have to untangle him. It takes two seconds to set him right and off he goes. HE EVEN UPDATES HIS OWN MAP. We changed the furniture in one of our rooms and he sent us a message that he noticed there was a new area to clean and asked if we wanted him to remap it. 🤯

So happy with my Z10! My floors have never been cleaner.

I love this robot vacuum and mop. It does a great job. It is easy to map the rooms and ddt up schedules. It knows when to empty the vacuum and dump the dirty mop water. It goes around obstacles. I love that it senses walls and objects and doesn’t just bang into them. I also like that I can program no go zones to keep it out of places I don’t want it to go.
