The sound quality is pretty bad and it also has practically little to no calming motion for babies. I'm not able to return it anymore but letting people know that it's not worth buying. Also my baby has flipped and got out of the straps even when secured properly.

I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS, the reason would be that I can’t even use the item because they sold a used disgusting one on their shelf, and they will not have a conversation to fix this issue. The item is stained and smells disgusting. Please go somewhere else if you plan to purchase any baby products. Also if they mess up and you buy an item on sale, but they no longer have it at that price you will pay the full amount even though it was their negligence.

Looks nice, but I've had better success with others
Many attempts to like; mom of 4 and this was the first time I didn’t get the fisher price swing because I wanted something that took up less space. While it looks nice, my newborn didn’t care for it for many months. I was able to swaddle her and buckle her in with the adjustable straps, but I wish it moved in both directions instead of just side-to-side.

Doesnt last
It was great at first and before moving out of our apartment we put it away Nicely ( it was expensive, so of course we took great care of it). But once we were settled in our new apartment it wouldn’t turn on anymore. It completely stopped working. If you don’t mind spending the money than sure buy it. Other wise I’d look at different brands. This one does not last.

Barely swings
Even on full mode it’s a very minimal and slow swing/ movement. My baby did not enjoy being in it. It also seemed very fragile. I read previous reviews about being broken easily, so I was worried that It was just going to break. Returned it.

Cheap and Doesn't Rock
Swing portion doesn’t work with a 8lb baby in it. Great if you’re just looking for an expensive place to lay your baby— but don’t expect it to rock! Very light, but probably because it is very cheaply made

Horrible DO NOT BUY
Don’t buy this horrible quality swing! It was taken care of and not abused, but still could not outlast two baby girls who only lightly used it. Terrible product and customer service!!! Munchkin customer support said there is no fix. The swing will not work, when the swing button is pressed it will shut off. Google the "Munchkin Swing Turns Off" it's a common problem. Do not waste $200 on this. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Hip healthy!
This swing has been a saving grace! We don’t really use it for the swing function although it is great! We love the remote and the swing sways nicely but My little guy has hip dysplasia and wears a pavlik harness the swing we were using before his diagnosis was not hip healthy it pushed his knees together while wearing his harness. This swing has been the only place I’m able to lay him down! We did have to place a small blanket underneath to push his bum up a bit but his legs are still in the “M” shape and he looks so comfortable even in his harness!

Setup is a breeze, just one thing to plug in and just a few buttons on the device for use (also a simple remote is provided). The seat appears to be comfortable for my baby.
