Q: The swing is jerky side swing did I assemble it incorrectly?

A: Hi! This usually happens when the little switch on the base of the swing is set to Lock. The swing can only work properly when it is set to Unlock. A: Hey there! The swing should be placed on a floor that is flat, level, stable, and structurally sound. For example, normal floors that are evenly carpeted are acceptable. NEVER place the swing on a raised surface like a table.

Our son loves it!
