Q: I have installed 4 new D batteries & the motor is not turning on. What could be the issue?
A: Try pushing down hard on top of the gray lid over the motor. If it's not snapped fully in, it won't power up.
submitted byWilliam68 - 8 months agoA: Push down really hard on the grey power shooter part the trucks go through. I mean really push on it til you hear a click and if it still don't do it again til u hear the other click! Read this in a reddit post and it worked for ours.

Q: Can you use the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks on this track?
A: No, we bought this for our son, and he has both, Hot Wheels Monster Trucks and Monster Jam trucks and only the Monster Jam ones fit. The hot wheels ones have fatter wheels that don’t run through the launcher

Q: The lever to hold up the drop down part of the track doesn’t stick out far enough to keep it up, we’ve tried everything to fix it. Any tricks?

Q: I put in new batteries and installed it properly but the motor will power off after a few minutes of play - any ideas why this is happening? There is no debris and it is on a level surface

Q: Hello, the booster will randomly stop while we play with it and the lights will blink red. Does that mean it’s out of batteries already?

Q: 4 brand new D batteries and the motor doesn't turn on?
