Works with the same ingredient that they have in antifreeze
After trying so many different options for constipation for my older child, including prunes, smooth move tea, magnesium oxidate, magnesium citrate, and a few others, we had to resort to using this product. It does work. However, it does have the same chemical makeup that they use in antifreeze. Look it up. I wish there was another option.

i love this because it doesn’t taste bad you can mix it with any drink you want or water and still doesn’t taste like nothing, it works fast and feel relief after taking it, i mix it with orange juice and love it, the texture resolves fast once you mix it

Good and effective
Miramar is a good laxative powder. It doesn't work in the explosive laxative way. After a few days it helps produce a passable easy stool. Powder dissolves in any liquid. Tasteless. Effective easy power not explosive. Cup is a sage cup with the gram capacity on some bottles. Not sure if all are that weight. Light weight product.

Didn’t work for me.
I never really understood what laxatives were for until I was recommended one when I needed fiber. Maybe it’s just me but it didn’t do anything. On the plus, there is no bad taste.
