Drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose. Dose may be taken as a single daily dose, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24 hour period. For best results, remember to drink one glass of liquid with every dose!Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over

Made me go after 4 days of no bowel movement. Took it at 6 pm , used the restroom at 8 pm. I was still using the restroom the morning after so just be prepared especially if you’re really backed up. And never trust a fart !!!

Very easy to take. It took 24 hours to work it’s NOT fast acting so don’t expect it to work immediately. Took 2 in AM one at night and the next morning I was on the TOILETTTT. Makes poop mushy and runny a bit

Every person reacts differently to meds be it OTC or prescription. For me, these chews work in about 12 hours after taking with the full four chew dose. I take this when I know I’ll have time to use the bathroom frequently the next day. My dose may be too high have done lthe max. Effects aren’t as severe day two. Day three I begin to feel more regular but not completely. To me this is like taking a less severe colonoscopy prep that lasts longer. Only use when other more gentle options fail. Taste is not bad but definitely not good and does make me a tiny bit nauseous but still can eat. Not something I’d take daily like Colace, MiraLAX powder or Metamucil.

They work slower than the powder, and they have artificial color? Red dye #4? There is no way that is necessary. (Beet powder is being used in so many food products; why isn’t it being used in a medicine?)

I’ve had a few different kinds of these supplements, even prescription, but these genuinely work great! And the flavor is helpful as well; makes it easier to want to take care of yourself.
