Q: I was trying to use this to record my guitar playing, but it keeps cutting it out like it’s background noise (regardless of which mic cover I have on). Is there any way I can turn down the noise reduction?

Delivery?

The microphone is fine, but I ordered this item for delivery on April 17 and got it on May 3. It was scheduled to arrive within five business days. I called Target Customer Service, and the agent did not have the authorization or power to do anything when I phoned after 2 weeks. They stated the product was being sent by a vendor, and they couldn't talk to them. I don't know why Target has Customer Service if they can't service the customer.
