Product crumbles easily

I was really excited to try this product which worked great the first few times. However, the jelly would crumble on my face at times. The jelly then fell out of the container and became completely useless.

Broke apart

I really wanted this to work. When I first got it, felt great, super cooling, I love the jelly texture. I even read the reviews to make sure I kept the little plastic cover on to keep it from falling apart like everyone elses did and it still fell apart after the second use. I'm sad, I love the idea. Maybe when they create a better formula, I'll try it again.

The product fell out of the tube

I wants to like it but the packaging just made it difficult. The product itself was nice and I hoped to make it a good travel product for my face routine. However after the second time using it the entire jelly tube of product fell out and landed in the hotel bathroom trash can… covered in dust and what ever else. For the price that it is and size it needs a better packaging to ensure it’s not going to fall out.

Really wanted to love this too

but I just can't. Breaks apart without it being raised very high. costly product when paired with the Watermelon Jelly Glow which does the same thing. Definitely feels like wasted money.

The best for rosacea
