Helps with lingering headaches
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a minor headache the other day that just wouldn’t go away. I remembered I had this migraine relief cap and wanted to try it before taking medication. You can put it in the freezer or in the microwave, but even on its own without heating it up or freezing it there is a gentle cooling from the gel. I put it on as is and it started to help. I actually fell asleep wearing it and woke up to no headache. It was comfortable to wear. The cap wasn’t too tight and there is a cut out for your nose. I wouldn’t use this as your only defense from creeping headaches or migraines, but it would be useful in your arsenal.

Better than medicine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is AMAZING!! I don’t know where to even begin to talk about how effective it is!! Fits snugly on the head which you would think would GIVE you a headache but it definitely assists in relieving it!! Then the material it is made of holds the cold or heat, which ever you choose to use. I prefer cold. Due to kidney issues I can’t take naproxen/nsaids for migraines and Tylenol just doesn’t work. However this cap does!! And my son used it for his migraine and he couldn’t stop raving about how good it worked!! Thank you so much for letting us try this out Influenster ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this wonderful Migraine Cap! I’ve already gone on to their website to buy more and they are sold out. There is something about the chill and the slight pressure around my head that relaxed me immediately, straight from the box without refrigeration. I was surprised how cool it already was just out of the box. Upon five minutes of putting it on my head for the first time, I enjoyed the relaxed feeling so much, that when my dog escaped my yard, I was running down the street after him with it on my head and I just did not care!! I came back in the house and was so relaxed I fell asleep with it on. I am a severe, chronic migraine sufferer. I used this for my migraine today and although this did not take away my migraine by itself, it did provide some relief as my necessary medication kicked in, and continued to give me comfort after. I feel like it provides some stress relief and relaxation for me all around. I feel like it could definitely help many migraines sufferers and I will be recommending to my “migraine friends” I will be purchasing more!

I love that I can heat it as well when needed (although I favor the cold use more). I recommend anyone who regularly suffers from headaches or migraines to invest in a product like this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this really works!! I had a headache come on all of the sudden and was so excited to try this out. There are options to put it in the freezer for 2 hours or to microwave it for 45 seconds, for hot or cold therapy. But I decided to try it out just as is without doing either of these and it was so amazing! It had a really nice cooling effect, almost like icy hot, and it has a scent as well that’s similar. Overall I really liked it and found it super comfortable! The pressure is nice and not too much, it actually started to put me to sleep! It also made my headache go away after about an hour of wearing.

Flexible and Cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure what to expect from this but I am impressed so far. The wrap is flexible, soft and retains a cool feeling even when not kept in a freezer. With the heat, my head was throbbing and I placed this on my head for less than a hour, relaxed and felt better so much sooner than taking some pain reliever. I did put it in the freezer too and it gets cold! Love this and I think it will be helpful well you have a fever too, no more cold compresses that get you all wet and get too warm too quickly.

I have a very large head (L/XL in snapback hats) and this cap fit perfectly!!!
