Comfortable and Cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice squishy material and gets SUPER cold. It was a bit tight but the pressure was nice when my migraine was happening. I couldn’t keep it on too long with the cold but will try it in the fridge next time.

I was hesitant but once I tried this Headache Relief Cap, it helped me a lot from taking off the pressure from my forehead and face. I like that I can use it hot or cold. Great idea. It’s comes in a neat package where it’s easy to store in a bag when not in use.

Headache savior!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn’t think I would like this headache cap but I love it! It’s a little too snug on my head but it stretches fairly well. It’s so cold in the freezer after just 2 hours. You can sleep with it on and it won’t get your pillow or clothes wet. I like the cap a lot but it’s too snug sometimes which doesn’t make my headache better. I do recommend you give it a shot if you get frequent headaches.

Very disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a chronic migraine sufferer I was beyond thrilled to be selected to test this product! However it was a major letdown! While I know from experience that light pressure from an eye or facemask often helps the pain especially around the eyes, this mask was so tight it was just ridiculous. It was a huge struggle to get on & pushed down on my nose and just didn’t lay in a comfortable position on the face. Both my husband and I tried it and we both had to practically battle to the thing to get it on and neither of us liked it any better once it was own. I will keep it simply for use as a handy cold compress, but I’ll be sticking to my weighted gel eyemask I already own for my headaches. I like it so much better than this torture device!

There is no odor to trigger the headache further, and it is easy to store without taking up a ton of room

Interesting product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to give this product a try as I have frequent headaches. Right away I placed the cap in the freezer for 2 hours. When I took it out of the freezer, it was extremely cold to the touch and even colder when I put it on my head. So cold that I couldn't leave it on for more than a few seconds. Once the cap had gotten back to room temperature, I placed it in the refrigerator instead and the temperature was much more comfortable. The pressure of the cap is enough to help with tension headaches and offered the added benefit of cooling down my body temperature during our recent heat wave. I am looking forward to trying this out in the microwave as the weather cools down.

I like that it can be used hot or cold, and it’s especially nice during the summer when you want something cooling. The only downside is if you wear it too low on your forehead it can give you a bit of a “brain freeze,” which feels a little odd. Other than that, it’s comfortable and does help take the edge off headaches.

Nifty headache relief tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how much I like this thing. Even without heating or cooling it, it adds a good level of pressure on your head. It came in simple packaging, which was easy to open. The color makes it easy to find amongst my other belongings. I like to leave it on my counter for use when I start getting a headache. Funny enough, I haven't gotten a full blown migraine since I've had this thing but I could see it being pretty useful. I like that you can use it hot or cold because each headache, each migraine is a different beast too tackle. It feels soft to the touch but has a stretch to it. It's sturdy and holds well to my head. Would recommend!

I had mild migraine style headaches and this product has reduced the throbbing sensation that has occurred in the past. It is simple to use and feels comfortable while it’s wrapped around the head. The warming and cooling options offer a unique method to reduce the pain one is feeling when a mild or severe headache is present. I encourage all to at the least try this product to help with any sort of headache symptoms!

It really works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super skeptical that this product would work. The day that it arrived I actually had a raging headache. So I heated it in the microwave and put it on my head. It was very comfortable and actually put slight pressure on my eyes. After about 10 minutes, my headache had eased significantly. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that it has an odd smell that isn’t pleasant. Hopefully that will dissipate over time. I do recommend this product who suffers from headaches.

Instant coolness and relief

The fabric is smooth and soft. It gets cold much faster than I expected as well. We store on the freezer. Instant relief!

Made small!
