Hair breakage stopped.
After Covid and other health problems my fine thin hair was breaking off. I started Mielle shampoo and conditioner. The breakage stopped immediately. My stylist was totally amazed. Thank you for this product.

Fantastic for my hair texture.

Extreme hair fall! BEWARE!!
I used it only 3x before deciding to throw it away. After each wash I would pick up clumps of hair from shower floor. I've never experienced anything like that before with any other shampoo. I have thin hair as it is so this doesn't help me at all. Money wasted!

SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT
Love this prodcut as well! Not only does the oil do wonders this one and the condition is also amazing. Love the smell and love how the texture of my hair went from dry and stiff to soft and smooth within a week of using. Not even salon products done wonders like this one has to my hair and scalp :)

The truth always comes out in the wash
I was happy at first, but after a few months, my hair became brittle and I started noticing new breakage. Unfortunately, my hair just can't tolerate this shampoo and conditioner. I'm going back to my original, more expensive brand that worked wonders. I had hoped to save a bit on hair care, but I’ve learned it’s worth paying extra to avoid this kind of damage again.

This product is not for me
I was told about this product from my daughter started using this along with the conditioners and my hair started getting hard each time I would use these products. Then the last time I used them my hair felt like a brillo pad so I went to the salon and the first thing that I was asked was what products did I use. When I said the names I was told to stop using them immediately. So to anyone using these products think twice. It is no longer a black own company.

Worlds worst shampoo
Definitely the worst shampoo I’ve ever used. Over 1/2 my hair has fallen out because Of the shampoo. I’m devastated and have been growing my hair out for years just for it to basically all fall out after one wash.

Hair may fall out!
I noticed my hair seemed to be falling out. I had a random thought it started with this shampoo. I’ve found MANY reviews online that this shampoo makes hair fall out. I’m immediately throwing it away.

Itchy Scalp/ Breakouts/ Hair Fallout!
I was really excited for this product based off the “organic” ingredient list and it being free of major harmful irritants. Unfortunately, I got half way through the bottle and realized it was causing me to have an extremely itchy scalp, break outs around my hairline, with enormous hair fallout!!! I immediately threw the bottle away and won’t be purchasing from this brand. I’m not sure which ingredient is causing this to happen perhaps the biotin or fragrance (?) but something isn’t safe about this.

No tingling effect
I expected to get that minty feel when using this product but it didn’t happen. The good part is you don’t have to use a lot to get your scalp clean

Love this line!
I love this shampoo and conditioner combo! I've been using it for a few months now, and my scalp is the healthiest it's been in years. Prior to using this, I struggled with a dry, itchy scalp. As a result, I would have dandruff and sores on my scalp. I like how the conditioner is intended to be applied from scalp-to-ends and left to soak in for a few minutes. I think this is what makes all the difference. I no longer have large dandruff chunks in my hair. My scalp is not dry and itchy. My hair is more moisturized, which means more shine and less frizz. When used with the leave-in conditioner, my natural curls even come out.

the best shampoo
okay so i know there are many things going around online about mielle right now, but i can vouch so heavily for this shampoo. i spent the past year trying to find a substitute, but i realized nothing works as well as this shampoo for me. i have low porosity, wavy, bleached hair, and this is the only thing that heals my scalp and makes my hair soft and clean. i also love to pair it with the clarifying scalp scrub. 10/10 and makes me look forward to washing my hair. alsoooo my hair is down to my lower back!

Great Product for hair loss prevention
I am 66 years old and I was losing hair from my head. I was told this would help and it has helped me tremendously. My hair is thicker and fuller.

Fixed my dry scalp!
This is the best shampoo I have ever used! I am a 49 yr old Caucasian woman and I have dealt with horribly dry scalp my entire life. Dry skin cakes onto my scalp, I have had issues with sores developing due to itchy scalp issues. I have tried multiple treatments including tea tree shampoos and leave-in treat, the special "dry scalp" shampoos, etc. And nothing worked and some dried out my hair. My stylist recommended the rosemary and mint shampoo. Not only is dry scalp gone, I have no itchiness. My hair is soft and shiny. Amazing results!

Disaster
I have a thin hair, and after using this shampoo for one time i have a lot of hair fall, i generally don't have any issues experimenting with products they just don't work but this product for the first time made me loss a lot of at once. It might have worked for others but not for me(Asian origin if that helps)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very nice, it smells delicious and when washing it feels very rich on the scalp but no matter how much I try to make water to remove the shampoo there is still a trace and when the hair dries it feels a very strange texture as with a trace of product
