These are the best vitamins ever!

I love these vitamins and have been taking them for several years now. I have problems with digestion and usually don't like taking vitamins because they always cause up set stomach. I have never had that problem with these. My 90 year old mother told me about them because she has the same problems. i recommend them to everyone!

take twice a day is great for me

I like to break up my multivitamin to take once in morning and once later in the day. The pill size is small and easy to swallow. It offers the ingredients I need for my age age group 55+. I do take an extra D3 1,000 mg. I feel great at the end of day.

This product does not contain iron which is not recommended for this age group. It also has good ratios for other vitamins and minerals. It definitely is my favorite multi vitamin.

If you're new to vitamins and considering this one, I highly recommend Megafood products. Made from real food that your body can use, without all the added fillers and 'stuff' that other companies use to make theirs more affordable. Amazing effect on my nails!

I have always had thin and peeling fingernails but they are now strong and beautiful! If the vitamin is doing that for my nails I know it's working on the rest of my body.

Works for me

I have been taking MegaFood women over 55 multivitamin and mineral supplement for several years now. Swanson has a good price. I feel great and I am 72 years old now and I am told that I look like I am in my fifties.
