A: Hello! Thank you for your great question! Our Liquid Iron should be refrigerated upon opening. Once opened, it is good for 6 months or until the expiration date on the bottle, whichever comes first. :)

Easy to digest
Thanks, Target, for carrying this. It’s the only iron supplement I can easily digest. I mix it with cran-raspberry juice and it tastes fine to me.

They changed the flavor
I've used up 3 bottles so far of the liquid iron and loved it. Gentle on the stomach, easy going down, and a mild taste. I just purchased a new bottle and it's different. The bottle itself is lower quality. The previous ones held their shape regardless of how much or little product was in it. The new bottle bends and was misshapen even before I opened it. And the taste is different. It looks like the only difference is that stevia and xanthan gum are now switched in the ingredient list, but it made a big difference in the taste. The flavor before was tolerable and now it almost has a grape-like flavor and is way too sweet. Gross. It's so hard to find iron supplements that taste decent. Guess I need to start my search again.

Easy to take!
So much easier for me to take than pills. I actually really like the taste and don’t mind the slight metallic aftertaste. I mean it is iron you’re taking after all and it doesn’t linger long. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all and goes down so easily. And as someone who always has too low iron, I feel much better now that I’m using this supplement.

Great product!
My son had extremely low iron levels, he was sluggish and his teachers at school had noticed that he wasn't his high energy self. I found this product and I have been so happy with it. We both take it now, his levels are closer to normal and he has his energy back. We don't love the taste, but Iron is a tough pill to swallow in general ;) We are used to it now and my son is a super picky eater, and he drinks it no problem.

I Had high hopes
My body no longer absorbs Iron and it does not absorb Iron pills. So I wanted to try liquid Iron to see if it would help. I have to have Iron infusions, but even using this before then infusion didn't help. With my doc approval I also kept taking after and still did not help. Everyone's body is different. It just isn't working for me.

Good flavor. Liquid form makes it easy to take, and easy to adjust dosage. Even though iron supplements tend to cause digestive challenges, so far this one hasn't. Would definitely buy again.

Great Flavor and Results
The flavor is amazing and worked really well. I use this during/after my menstrual cycles to recover from anemia. I noticed a great difference in energy levels at the end of my cycle and I’m excited to continue to use this for even better results!

Doesn't work for us
Gave this to my daughter for three months in hopes to raise her iron and get her sleeping through the night. After 3 months her ferritin levels went down. Still have one unopened bottle but will be giving it away. Not Worth the money for us.

This has been the only iron supplement that has not caused issues with my kid. He is 4 and his doctor wants him on a higher dose of Iron. The flavor is amazing and i no longer fight to get him to take it.

I just love that these vitamins are in liquid form and they taste great! I‚Äôve always had low iron and I‚Äôve never been good at remembering to take anything so both of those help !
