Maxi-Cosi Kori 2-in-1 Baby Rocker

Overall this was a great product for my 2 month old and I can't wait for her to continue to use it. The directions were incredibly easy to follow and had step by step pictures that were VERY easy to follow which I loved. My daughter is able to sit in it comfortably while I complete tasks around the house and I felt she was secured and safe in it and she was able to sit for about 15-20 min before getting fussy. This rocker is VERY stylish and completely modern looking; my old rockers for my 5 and 3 year olds were more animal themed and with super bright colors. This rocker blends in seamlessly in every room, the wood edges give the classic gray the perfect pop. The insert has subtle animals on the design which I love because they're not in your face but still noticeable up close. It was incredibly easy to take this from room to room in the house as it is VERY lightweight. The best feature it has has to be the folding option. It folds very flat so you can store it out of the way when not in use which is AMAZING for someone with not a lot of square footage in their home. None of my other rockers did that so very innovative feature. It also unzips to clean easily as well which I love for all the spit ups and blow outs that happen with babies. The zipper is VERY well hidden and blends in so it's not noticeable unless you're looking for it. Now there are some cons to this and that's why it got a 4 star review. The cute insert I mentioned earlier is a pain. It moves up and down since it has nothing like velcro (or even just a snap since it's nicer) to secure it down. This BARELY rocks when it's in the rocker mode (which is easy to switch back and forth to) but either my baby has to kick REALLY hard to get movement or I have to be there moving it. My baby nor I mind it being stationary though so it's not a deal breaker. The other con is the weight limit though. It only goes up to 20 lbs and my 2 month old is already 12 lbs so I feel like she's going to outgrow this VERY quickly which for the price point is a little upsetting. It's a great product overall though and I do believe I can use it for future children as well since the material looks like it's built to last. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

The materials feel luxurious and are high quality. The portability of it is my favorite part! It is so easy to transport from upstairs to downstairs and from room to room. It folds flat for easy storage when not in use, and I also slip it into my trunk when heading over to grandma’s house! My baby is so comfy in this rocker and enjoys being in it whether her sisters’ are entertaining her or she’s watching me prepare dinner. She often puts herself to sleep while she is in it and, because of this, I am grateful for the adjustable reclining settings. As soon as I opened it I fell in love with the design, it's super chic and beautiful. Not your average baby rocker! I immediately was excited to try it out with our baby!! She's normally a Velcro baby, stuck to me I can't put her in her swing, but as soon as I put her in the rocker she went to sleep and I got so much done! I'm able to have more time to myself to get things done, and the best part is it is super easy to move from room to room with me throughout the house. I am super grateful to be trying this product and definitely will be keeping it and recommending to other moms I know who are expecting!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m such a stickler to having only certain baby brands and Maxi Cosi is my new favorite! I was so happy to get this in the mail! The box was super slim and lightweight. Taking out of the box was a breeze and easy to set up. The instructions were relatively simple to follow. I did wash and hand dry the fabric just to make sure it was dust/lint free for my little! Overall I love the sleek and modern design and fabric colors this Kori Rocker comes with! I love the easy 2-in-1 design as it does help keep baby gear to a minimum. I’m not too sure if I would put a newborn in as the recline isn’t flat for a newborn. But for a baby holding their head up is okay. My little one enjoys sitting in the rocker and bouncing away while mom gets some needed chores and me time. I love how versatile this bouncer is as it’s so lightweight and easy to move from room to room. I think my biggest pro is that it folds compact and easy to store when not in use! I wish they had these when my older kiddos were babies but I’m glad to be able to experience the newest designs and baby products all while my little gets to enjoy testing them out. But this has turned out to be one of the best rockers we’ve tried. The first time my baby sat in it, content and smiling for more than two minutes, I was impressed. Because it’s lightweight and portable, I can easily move it from room to room, which gives my baby a safe place to sit while I get things done around the house. For those of us with Velcro babies, that’s a big win! I also love that I can adjust the height and functionality depending on my baby’s needs at the moment, and that it folds down fairly flat for easy storage. The only thing I would change is needing to use two hands to fold it down. But, it does add to the safety of the rocker, so it's definitely not a deal breaker. I really like that there are 3 settings depending on what I need and that it can be stationary or be a rocking chair. Very easy to set up, made of super soft high quality material, and the colors are beautiful and neutral. The rocker is easy to wash, lightweight and is portable so I can bring it all over my house. I have a Velcro baby so the Kori rocker has been essential in letting me have my hands free for a few minutes throughout the day to pump, drink coffee, or get quick things done in the house. The product can rock gently when pushed or little legs can be pulled out so it remains stationary, which makes it very versatile. It is a great recline level, which minimizes spit up and allows my 6 week old baby to see what’s happening around her. She is able to use the rocker for 10-15 minute periods throughout the day and seems comfy and happy during use. Also easy to get baby in and out, and the seat fits well by 9-10 lbs. The Maxi Cosi Kori Rocker, which I received from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, has provided the perfect spot for him to hang out and take in all the action. He enjoys the upright view, and I enjoy having a safe place to set him down where he feels totally happy. It’s also surprisingly lightweight! My husband, in-laws, and I move it around the house everywhere we go. It’s given us so much more freedom within our home, and has granted our baby his own independence while still keeping him close. We use it during playtime, cooking, eating, or folding laundry… and it’s been an unexpected MVP when one of us is solo parenting and, inevitably, nature calls. I appreciate the rocker’s stylish, thoughtful design — totally in line with what I’ve come to expect from Maxi-Cosi. The woodgrain pattern against the dark fabric looks so chic, and I appreciate the dual adjustable buckles and fully removable, washable seat cushion. The 2-in-1 functionality gives us a lot of versatility depending on the activity or mood of the moment. The rocking mode has helped put my baby to sleep a number of times, while the stationary mode holds up well to the many happy wiggles he throws at it. I only wish it had a higher weight limit (max is 20lbs, my baby is 16lbs), which I’m only disappointed about because of how absolutely essential the Kori Rocker has become in our home and I foresee my guy surpassing the limit in another couple months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the Maxi-Cosi Kori rocker is very attractive. The (faux) wood around the edge of the seat makes the rocker look really nice. The rocker is foldable and lightweight, which makes it easy to move from room to room or travel. My 4.5 month old baby appears comfortable and content in the rocker and it is a safe place to put him. The chair seems to rock best on hard flooring (not carpet), which is great for our household. The rocker sits low to the ground, which I found a little challenging for putting him in and taking him out. I do like that the fabric cover can be removed and is machine washable. The newborn insert is soft and supportive. However, when I put my baby in the seat, it slides down and I have to pull it back up each time. The rocker has multiple recline settings which is great for my son’s head/neck development. I did find that the recline feature is clunky and does not always lock into place each time. It should be noted that this rocker is recommended for up to 20 pounds. Overall, I am happy with this rocker and find it useful. The woodgrain look is so modern and fits in beautifully with our furniture, unlike many other baby items. I especially loved that it has small legs that stabilize it, allowing me to move my little guy to higher surfaces like the kitchen island while prepping dinner or the dining room table while helping my daughter with homework.He loves to rock and move, so the fact that this rocker is a two-in-one and also rocks was incredibly helpful when multitasking. I could gently rock him with my foot while folding laundry or getting ready in the morning. The pad inside is very cushiony, and my little guy seemed extremely comfortable. It also sits deep in the back, so it appeared that more of his bottom was in a seated position and his weight was more evenly distributed throughout the seat.We had another rocker prior to this one where it looked like all of his weight was being supported by the buckle between his legs—not very comfortable, in my opinion. The only downside for us is that our little guy is actually quite long (99th percentile), so when we set him in the chair, that comfy cushion compresses and leaves about a 2-3 inch cushionless area at the top of the seat. Since he is so long, about an inch of his head overlaps that area without the cushion. It doesn’t seem to bother him and certainly wouldn’t be an issue for an average-length baby.Even with that, this rocker is still our favorite and gets used often because it’s so easy to transport. We traveled from house to house over Christmas, and this rocker folds flat with the push of a button, making it easy to fit in the car and convenient to carry. It’s also very lightweight, so I was able to juggle carrying it, a diaper bag, and the car seat while my husband carried all the presents to the car.It has multiple recline positions as well, which is amazing because our little man napped in it (with supervision) while visiting relatives, and he could also sit up and see what was going on when he was awake and our arms needed a break. We would definitely recommend this rocker to any new parent, especially one who is always on the go!

To start off, my baby doesn’t like most bouncers or swings, she doesn’t tolerate them for anything past 5 mins. So I was skeptical on this bouncer, upon opening the product, I was surprised to see how nicely folded it was in the box. It legit folds flat, and it’s not heavy at all. Was pretty straightforward on setting up, just have to open it up and put the seat pad in it. Which by the way, the seating pad is extremely nice material, it’s almost like a silky type of material, very soft and cooling which is a plus if your baby gets hot easily. It’s easy to place baby and buckle them in, I put my baby in it and gave her some toys to distract herself. For the first time ever, she stayed in the bouncer for 30 mins! She had never stayed on for this long, I was finally able to get things done in the house without having to carry her in my arms. Once I realized she actually enjoyed it, I have been taking this bouncer practically everywhere. It’s easy to fold and transport, it’s a lifesaver for me whenever I want to sit down and enjoy my meal without having to carry her the whole time. For the first time I can genuinely say that my baby actually likes a bouncer. Definitely get it if you’re contemplating!

We are a family that is very on the go especially with children in sports and frequently getting together with family and it has saved our lives (and arms). I love how very light weight it is and how easily it folds and is very compact. It takes up little to no space unlike other rockers that are bulky, and with an SUV full of kids it can go anywhere in the vehicle without it bothering anyone. I also love the colors, design, and hint of wood added around the rocker. It gives modern, stylish, and expensive vibes! My little one is very comfortable in it and I like that her head stays supported and straight unlike other rockers where she would either flop to one side or have her head twisted because of the uncomfortable pillows. Lastly I love how you can recline it with one hand. Only thing I would say that I disliked is the weight limit! My 2 month old is already halfway through the 20 lb recommended weight limit while other have a 40lb limit. Other than that small detail I 100% recommend this rocker.

One of my favorite things is that it requires absolutely no assembly. Straight out of the box, it was ready to use. The rocker is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to move from living room to restroom. The plush seat cushion is soft and supportive, and my 3 month old loves it. The general rocking motion requires very little effort. My baby can kick his legs and easily get it moving on his own. The fabric is easy to clean and visually appealing. First, and probably my favorite thing, is you can use this rocker straight out of the box. Set up is a breeze! It is the easiest from box to use baby item I’ve ever had! You could do it with one hand if you needed to! (I will say you should wash it first. Anything on baby’s sensitive skin should be washed, but the padding insert also had a bit of a chemical smell. It was easy to wash and resolved the issue). The wood grain look around the dark grey is so aesthetically pleasing. It’s easy to adjust the recline level and can be done with baby in the bouncer (although not recommended for safety). The pad is easy to add or remove depending on the size of your baby. My LO is about 5 months and 16 lbs. She was more comfortable with the insert removed. My only complaint is the rocking portion of the rocker. It doesn’t rock well. The curve of the legs is slight, so it takes a lot to get it to rock and it doesn’t stay rocking. My baby was not able to rock herself with movement the way she could in a bouncer or some other rockers I’ve used. Given that the point of the product is to rock, this is a major drawback. Having said that, it also locks into place to just be a seat for baby and works well for that purpose. She enjoys just relaxing in while I cook dinner or tend to her brother. If you want a seat for baby with some small movement options, then this is a GREAT product. If you have a baby that likes a bit more movement, you may be disappointed. We will continue to use the rocker when baby just wants to chill, and we’ll put her in the bouncer when she needs a bit more movement and stimulation.

It is very soft and comfortable, not hard like many other seats. Another thing I like is its functionality—my baby can sleep in it or sit in the highest position to watch TV.
