Description
An ergonomic baby bouncer with natural rocking that makes life with young children easier and more enjoyable. Bouncer Balance Soft can be used by newborns and up to the age of 2. In the early months, until your baby starts trying to sit up, you can use it as a bouncer with the baby strapped into the harness. Once your baby is able to sit unaided, you can then use the bouncer as a comfortable child seat by simple reversing the fabric seat. You can use the product as a bouncer until your child weighs 20lbs/9kg or starts trying to sit up. Remember to keep your baby under constant supervision, use the safety harness and double-check that the snaps are locked (you can choose between two positions) when using the product as a baby bouncer.

I would give this zero stars for customer service if I could. We ordered this from Target on Black Friday and instead of receiving a baby bouncer received two lunch boxes and a pack of socks. After both going to the store and calling the help line, Target customer service told us they would mail us the correct product. We had ordered the beige bouncer with a toy bar. We then received a black bouncer with an EMPTY toy bar box. Target customer service told us to take it to the store. The store said they couldn’t accept this type of online order and wouldn’t talk to the customer service line on the phone, as we had been instructed to do. The store repeatedly wrote down the customer service number for us, which you can just google, and the people on the phone want you to go to the store. After a bunch of wasted time, we now get to order this product at full price from a different store that will at least send us the right item.

This is the most recommended baby product by every mom I know for a reason, and one of the first gifts we received. Our baby is due in February but we already know how much he will love this, and I’m thrilled to have a safe bouncer to put him in when I need both hands free for a moment.

Item arrived as depicted. Seems to be sturdy and built well. Baby had a blowout in the bouncer; disassembling the bouncer was easily and the fabric washed clean without staining in the washing machine. The added toy bar for the price of regular bouncer was great. My baby loves the bouncer and playing with the toy bar.

We used a bouncy chair for our children 40 years ago .My daughter insisted she didn't want a bouncy chair for her baby, but we finally convinced her to give it a try. She said it was a game changer. Love the product, but think the cost is outrageous.
