The best

I was taking another store brand and wasn’t seeing much improvement. So I heard of Mary Ruth’s and thought I’d try it well it’s the only probiotic that my body has agreed to and I probably won’t go back to any others.

Unable to take them

I just received mine in the mail a couple of days ago and I was very excited to start them as I read a lot of amazing reviews. Unfortunately I am not tolerating them well at all. I think I may have an allergy to one of the additives. I tried them twice and both time’s my skin started to burn and itch very badly. I have taken many different probiotics in my life and never experienced this before so I don’t think it’s normal. I ordered the kids probiotics for my kids that only has MCT oil added to it and I may try those instead. Hopefully in the future they will make this product pure with no unnecessary additives as well.
