No so good
This product doesn't work as I expected. I've used other brands and they worked much better. I had high hopes for this medication and I'm disappointed. I regret having to give this review, but it's the truth.

Lifesaver for menopabuse!
I am suffering from menopause with insomnia and anxiety attack attacks. I read that magnesium glycinate helps with these symptoms. I started ordering this one six months ago and I absolutely love it. I take it at night about an hour before bed and it helps me sleep and it keeps me relaxed. I would highly recommend this brand.

More Absorbable
Highly absorbable way to get Magnesium with none of the gut distress. My doctor started me on it because I have Osteoporosis. I had to switch to the glycinate form of magnesium instead of the citrate form because it was causing diarrhea

Magnesium.. capsules are not good quality.
I would have given 5 stars but the last two bottles of magnesium, the pills were coming apart in the bottle. Not just one or two but many!!
