Great Supplement

I’ve been using this product for at least 3 months now and I really love it! I feel that it has helped stabilize my mood along with other supplements I take. It also helps with my sleep at night as well. Overall this is a great supplement.

Love it

I researched many magnesiums before buying this one. I bought it due to the fact that it had good quality ingredients. The fact that it has diatomaceous earth in it is great I’ve noticed My hair and nails getting stronger growing longer other people are noticing that as well ( DE does that ) no stomach irritation

Amazing product!

Been taking this for a while now and I am so relaxed, I sleep like a baby as well. It also helps with my leg cramps I get form working out. My boyfriend who takes medication for insomnia started taking this and can’t believe how much it worked to help him sleep. Amazing product!

Does not work as expected

Love your products - however this glycinate keeps me wide awake! Your Magnesium Complex was amazing- worked really really well - bought many times. Not sure how this new glycinate is so different but very disappointing to not be able to use it. Please consider adding the Magnesium Complex back
