The tree itself is okay so far, but it is clearly labeled 6 ft. I don't know if we received the wrong item or what, but the only option online is to return for a full refund and we really need to get it up and decorated so that does not work for us. I guess I'll have to find a direct email for customer service to see if we can get some sort of partial refund. Really disappointed because this is our first fake tree and I spent a lot of time looking for the right combination of height, pre-decoration, and price only to receive a noticeably smaller tree than what we ordered. It was a little difficult to find the light connections (why is one label green inside a green tree?!) but once we got them they all lit up and the options are nice.
