Not much there

I was excited when this order arrived, until I took it out of the box. It definitely did not fit the description of 12x16–more like 11x11. The storage bag that arrived with it was probably 12x16, but the pillow is quite tiny for a human head. With a little weight, it squished down to basically no cushion. I’ll be returning.
