Cooking Instructions: Remove from package before cooking. Steaks must be fully cooked.

Stovetop:
1. Place butter in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. Serve with cooked steak.
2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in extra-large skillet on HIGH. Add steak and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through. Let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.

Broil:
1. Place butter in a microwave-save dish and microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. Serve with cooked steak.
2. Heat broiler; spray broiling pan with cooking spray. Arrange steak on broiling pan. Adjust oven rack so broiling pan is 6-8 inches from heat. Broil 6-10 minutes. Let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.

Grilling Tip: Use broiling times to estimate grilling times.

For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Do not microwave steak. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
