When delivered on time and retrieved within 6-8 hours of delivery, your ButcherBox products should arrive refrigerator cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer. Your meats could arrive partly frozen (solid) or frozen and can be placed in the freezer for later use.

Flavorful, Good, Healthy Meats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ButcherBox kid’s favorites includes some excellent quality and tasty meat. Our entire family thought the burgers tasted great! The all beef hot dogs and chicken nuggets were also really good. The nuggets have no added oils so aren’t greasy like store bought nuggets. The items arrived to my house still mostly frozen. It’s a good feeling to know that my family has healthier meat options. I received an incentive to write this review.

Kids favorite’s assorted meats box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the kids favorite’s butcher box containing eight pounds of a variety of meats, including chicken nuggets, bacon, hot dogs, beef patties, and meatballs. Some of the meats are USDA organic, whole30 approved, and other healthier diet qualifications. I loved the ease of ordering and delivering this box of meat. I will say I was disappointed as the dry ice was completely melted upon delivery as I live in a hot climate. I received an incentive to write this review.

Completely delicious meatballs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have tried the meatballs and hot dogs in this package. The hot dogs were a bit of a let down, the flavor was a little off and my kids and I didn’t love them. However, the meatballs were phenomenal. Wonderful flavor, lots of moisture, and absolutely delicious. We all loved these! These were delivered when it was quite hot out, I brought inside right away but there was no ice left inside the packaging. The meat was all still cold but much longer and I think it would have gone bad. I received an incentive to write this review.

Variety of meats my kids will actually eat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kid’s Favorite Variety box truly contained some of my toddlers’ favorite foods! They really enjoyed eating the chicken nuggets and bacon. The all beef hot dogs were so delicious. You can tell the food is high quality by its fresh flavor which gives me peace of mind in giving it to my kids. The dry ice did arrive melted but the food was still very frozen. Great variety of high quality meats. I received an incentive to write this review.
