LifeStraw Home 10 Cup Plastic Water Filter Pitcher

We are already loving our LifeStraw pitcher. The filtered water tastes great. After decades of using the Brita water filter, we are pleasantly surprised by the clear taste of the water. The pitcher looks nice sitting on the counter. I was a bit hesitant because several reviews I read said it filters slowly, but it doesn't seem especially slow to us. I was curious about why an amount of water always stays in the bottom of the internal reservoir, but on looking it up, it states that the is the design to help keep it from drying out. ( I would love confirmation on this from you!) That made sense to me! Thanks for creating a great home water filtration pitcher. I would recommend this product.

Started leaking after 3 months. I'm not sure whu but this is apparently a known issue.

I really like the product. The only issue I’m having is that the silicone seal leaks. Not sure if this is because of the added pressure from the large amount of water in the container, or if I just have a faulty unit. It’s been happening ever since I received the item.

The filtration seems to be totally fine, the pitcher itself is quite heavy and a bit awkward to pour if there is more than a couple cups of water in it. I like LifeStraw but should have gotten the smaller pitcher in hindsight. I almost wonder if the handle needs to be lower. It is very stylish looking. Especially with the silicone base.

I bought this for my small business and it is working beautifully! It was easy to set up and the taste of the water is exactly right.

I still have the pitcher in the box. I want to return it with the filters I purchased. I checked to see if Life Straw filtration would remove the contaminants in my local water. Alexa said that it need a reverse osmosis system due to heavy metals, chemicals, and dissolved salts found in our local water. Please let me know how to return this product

This is an excellent pitcher that is highly effective at removing bad taste from the tap water in our home. It is efficient and effective - highly recommend!

I loved it out of the box, simple to set up, then the reality set in… I changed the fridge shelves to fit it and I regret the dead air spaces and the loss of the pizza shelf. It’s heavy to lift one handed but it’s taking more pours to empty than my last pitcher. It’s a 10 cup reservoir but only fills at 2 cups at a time for the filter, although it does get faster as it goes. It pours cleanly with only a teeny, tiny, one-drop leak from around the top. The water pours in well but the flipper thingie on top doesn’t stay open and will wet the counter, I’ve taken to flipping with one finger and holding to fill. It doesn’t fit underneath the sink spout to fill so I have to use a 2 cup measure and repeat pours. I plan to do other things in the kitchen at the same time as it’s only worth filling all the way once you’ve started. . . However, it is a sleek filter design, easy to clean, nice container albeit oddly shaped for most fridges and doesn’t fit the door, sits well (no tipping!) on the counter for dinner with the add of silicone bottom, can accommodate a full meal or several water bottles throughout the day without refills, tastes great without the PFAS problems and town supply issues on an old system for us, and hopefully makes us all safer, healthier, kinder and more carefully concerned for ourselves and others than we were yesterday! Only thing I don't like is picture is heavy when pouring water out to use

My pitcher is leaking again sadly:( I’ve taken good care of my products but it seems to wear down over time which starts about 2 weeks after arrival. I’ve had 3 products from this company and they all started to deteriorate very quickly

On top of the benefits of not ingesting all the grossness filtered out, LifeStraw water truly tastes better. I was quite surprised how much I noticed. I purchased the black, plastic 10c pitcher. It fits just fine in my fridge, but it's a bit heavier than I expected when full. Only for that reason, hindsight, I’d probably purchase the 7c model. Overall, I’m happy about my purchase, glad LifeStraw supports people+planet, and highly recommend these pitchers.

I was a bit disappointed to discover that it was too tall to fit on my refrigerator shelf as I have had them set. I did adjust the shelves, but then that impacts the spaces that I am used to for other items. The base is also to wide to fit in the fridge “milk space”.

I think I bought a bigger pitcher than I should have because I struggle fitting it in the fridge.

My family and I love it!! Easy to use and the fact that we know we are drinking clean water is amazing!! Highly recommend!

I am on my second pitcher that has cracked within months of use. I received a replacement after my first one cracked within months. I needed these, however, due to a water crisis in my city. While I believe they filter water well, the pitcher must be placed in a bowl to avoid a mess, which is disappointing.

Generally I'd call this carafe great, but it's so tall that it doesn't fit well in my fridge. If it were just a few inches shorter, it would fit much better.

Once you set up the filters - this is easy to use and pour. Simply fill it after use with the easy top, no need to take the filters out. I use it for the coffee maker. No more multiple trips to get more water.
